  We used this company for our repair work when we discovered a leak under the house. Everything seemed okay at the time but then we discovered what a poor job they did backfilling underneath our house! They came out once to add more dirt but it was not enough. When we reached out again for help (during a remodeling project we are still in the middle of), they refused. The sales person Chris came out to our house and was very rude! He offered no solution or apology to us, nor explanation of why the issue was not addressed earlier.
  Buyer beware:
  The dirt that was hauled away from the original project was our dirt, why would you not put it back once the new pipes were installed?

  After getting estimates from three different well-rated plumbing companies, I am so glad that I decided to with In-House plumbing to have the waste line in our front yard repaired. They (Sean and his team) were everything one could hope for in a plumbing company: on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, hard-working, patient with my questions, thorough, helpful, and committed to doing things right. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and why. I felt like I was in good hands with them and their pricing was also excellent. I would definitely use them again.
  
  Update: I had a second repair done by In-House. They replaced a broken pipe under my home that was probably caused by house-settling, and which had tree roots growing into it. Willy and his team were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job!

  Sewer Line replacement is not a project you look forward to as a home owner. But In-House Plumbing made the experience painless. We got bids from four other companies and are glad we chose In-House. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and expertise started when we initially met with them for a quote. It then extended to the work crew. They were communicative, professional, and considerate. I literally felt like they were looking after our home and best interests during the process. My positive impression of them continued to grow during the clean up. They left no stone unturned during their cleanup, even hosing the sidewalks. No upselling, no hidden charges, no flashy marketing. Just good results for a good price. That's all you can ask for. 5-stars.

  I had a great experience with In-house plumbing. I had multiple plumbers come check my sewer system and they gave me way overpriced quotes. If they weren't overpriced, it was only a small section repair for over $9k. One quote I got from a plumber was for $45k for the complete sewer system replacement not including braches to the showers and outside sewer line. Chris and Sean from In-house plumbing explained everything they were going to do without "if this then the price will go up" bs. When they inspected the old sewer, they didn't guesstimate how much digging (so no surprise charges) and they provided a sewer reroute option that was more effective. If you are frustrated with ridiculous quotes give In-house a call. FYI- complete sewer replacement (under foundation) completed in 4 days.

  I highly recommend the entire team at In House Plumbing! They replaced the sewer line for my entire house, cleared the city inspection, and cleaned up in 4 days! Truly exceptional customer service, high quality work, and at a very affordable price. I had four other companies give me bids/estimates, In House Plumbing was not only the best priced estimate, but they explained the work to be done clearly (with a sketch and videos), were responsive when I had questions and showed up exactly when they said that they would. Chris, Willie, Harold, and Armando were just truly outstanding to work with. If you need sewer line replacement or service, look no further, this is your company.
