Walked in got out seat and was there 10 or 15 min the bartender came over that was waiting the tables took our drink order mine had something in it and i ask what it was she said a seed seat my water on the bar we waited another 15 min she never came back over but she waited on the guy at the bar so we just left. Worst waitress i have ever had.

This location never seems to disappoint. The food is always cooked great. Always a friendly atmosphere and wait staff.

Terribly managed take out service. Placed my order online, when the food finally arrived at my car, 30 min late, it was cold. Lots of good places to eat on HHI. Find another one.

Worst service and meal I've had in years. The waitress began by telling me I couldn't have something cooked the way I wanted it. So I changed my order to a salad. Then another person came by and ask how I wanted the original order cooked. She never asked if I wanted for sides. The salad was the only thing they didn't mess up. The meat was still undercooked and one side was missing. Then the manager came by and told me I didn't get the side because I ordered the salad. I only ordered the salad in the first place because they argued with me about my first choice. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? On top of all that, they made no attempt to make it right. I suggest skipping this outback.

Not a busy night. Was seated immediately. Took 20 minutes to get the drinks. Asked for bread. After another 10 minutes we get to order. Another 20 minutes pass until the next visit by the waitress. We get the privilege to order drinks again after we get our food. A simple order of draft beer took over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. I have traveled this country for 16 years and NEVER have I received such laxidasical service.
Go to a local restaurant and stay away from this chain.
