So, the food and ice cream that my child and I had were great. However, they gave my son an adult meal, even though we were looking off the kids menu when we ordered. So, that doubled the price I was expecting to pay for his meal. Then, when I go to the register to pay, the total seemed even higher. I noticed that I had got charged for two sundaes instead of one along with my son's Friend-z. They gave me cash for the sundae because the bill was closed out. So, I just got home, looked at my bill again, and saw that we were actually charged four ice creams (two over what we ordered). Seriously $40 for one child and one adult at Friendly's?! Extremely disappointed in the service/management will not be going back.

Very disappointed!
Hostess seemed nice until she sat my family by the air conditioner, which freezes us while we were eating our meal. To top that, overheard another waitress saying to the African family (8) who was sitting beside us telling them "your dessert will be served but can you pile your plates up on top of each other so that we could pick it up." I was dumbfounded hearing it because that's their job. Then I looked around, just realized that the room is filled with minorities. That family shouldn't do what that jerk waitress asked, I would have put her behind in place. When I'm about to pay my bill, found out the other side of the room was warm and mostly Caucasian family. What's up with that!!!! Are we still dealing with segregation???Maybe I will have someone from NAACP visit and try their service.

Really annoyed about posted hours, their website says close at 11pm on thursday drive over there to find it closes at 10pm. Corporate needs to update it's info.
