Terrible customer service! When we first arrived, we were served drinks relatively quickly, but when we told the server we needed a minute to decide on a meal, he never returned to the table. Another server took our order as we were about to leave. Food was good, but we were both frustrated and will probably not return.

Hair in my son's raspberry crepe! Got grilled salmon instead of smoked salmon on my crepe! The staff clearly was out of place! Awful service!

Love coming here for both the food but also a cozy place to do homework. I've had the crepes and frittata here and both were great, my favorite is the hot chocolate however. Ive ways had nice and quick service and it keeps me coming back.

I found this place a few years ago when I moved to the area. At first, the service was great and I love the chia tea. I always come back for the tea. However, the past few times I have come the service has been horrible! Each time I've had to go back to the counter and ask for a menu. After sitting back down, I still wait another 15-20 minutes before anyone even comes to get a drink order. When the food arrives the order is usually wrong. It's unfortunate because the owner is very nice and really mindful of her customers. Unfortunately, I think this will be my last visit. I have given Cafe Fresca many chances to improve my opinion but nothing changes.

Food is ok.
Service is awful. Our server came to our table and just stood there. Said NOTHING!
He didn't say hello, what would you like to drink, eat , nothing.
If my granddaughter hadn't been with me I would have waited until he did say something, but likely, I would say I am no longer interested & left. Service is always bad there.

We had a mocha and gelato while listening to the band play on Wednesday night. It was a good time, but the waitresses were so busy with the crowd of people. We will be back next week for more delicious ice cream and coffee.

I took my dad there on Father's day. We were seated and received no service until my dad flagged down someone who said she didn't see us Food we ordered was wrong, more waiting. Finally got right food then lady argued with me over extra dressing that I ordered. Worst place ever. Terrible service by lady with tattoos. Avoid at all costs.
