Amazing place for all ages. Had a party there for a 6 year old . Was blown away. The staff was great with the kids had a great time. 1.5 hours of play time. So many things to do and play. Then they turned off the lights and had black lights. Kids loved it. Thank you.

Expansive, trampolines everywhere! Many children having fun, birthday party girls did a great job with organizing the kids! Party rooms have awesome themed murals! Black light effects are really cool! Love the socks!

This is the most irresponsibly run trampoline park in the state of Connecticut. The owner is rude unprofessional and condescending. She controls her staff with constant threats to hold her power. At her advanced old age you would think that she would be more mature and responsible with her practices but she is literally a mean old lady.
Edit: This is a review of a business establishment and I kept it as such. I know you are paid to keep spewing these lies but I no longer am! Please refrain from addressing in any disrespectful ways “Amanda”. This response proves in full how immature and poorly run this facility is. Very nice facility, lots of space and variety for the little ones all the way up to the teen level. Large snack bar and seated area with multiple screens for the adults to hang. Will visit frequently during the cold weather months.

My kids love it here! We come in for toddler time almost every week and the woman at the register with the funny t shirts is always so nice and welcoming. The place is clean which is a must having toddlers. They could use healthier organic options at the snack bar but its a great time otherwise! I came once on a Saturday and it was super packed so I don't go in then but toddler time rocks

Fun place for kids to run their energy. Not so great for parents. Some parents are negligent so their kids run crazy and pick on other kids. Not the most clean place but just remember to wash your hands when using the rest room. Place is so busy filled with kids and parents. FYI, keep your eyes on your kids. Also buy socks.

A great place for a kid's birthday party. Mike and Miranda were our party hosts today, and they were awesome with the kids. Played with the kids, and kept them moving around the complex to ensure they were able to try everything. All the kids left with smilesthanks!!!

I really liked bounce but sky zone there trampolines of a bouncy while at bounce they can't really go as high but other than that I like bounce because I have no activities.

Fabulous place! My nephew's party was held at Bounce, and everyone had a great time. Most importantly, we thought that the party hosts (Tivana and Anthony) were super amiable and had such a pleasant demeanor. They were active and enthusiastic with all the children and really helpful with all the adults at the party. The Acosta family is really pleased and satisfied with the Bounce! experience! Thanks!

Went there on Tuesday for toddler time in the morning. I had a one-year-old and a four-year-old with me. I did not realize it at first but they charged me full price. Failing to mention that they canceled toddler time for the day. They did not change it on the website, no posting in the facility, and no verbal mention at the desk. I brought this to their attention on my exit, and was told sorry but there's nothing they can do. When I mentioned to them it was not posted, I was once again told sorry there's nothing we can do. No explanation given. Cost me about $15 bucks extra, but it's more the principle of the thing. Disappointed

It's awesome! Good pricing, more free jumping space, walls to run up, better trampolines, glow in the dark, more basketball hoops, 2 short obstacle courses, rope swings, it's all perfect. Better than Sky Zone in every way, I wish I had known about Bounce sooner
