I was asking for service for my 83 Kawasaki 750 LTD, the service manager said that they didn't have the tools to do that job. That's just a flat out lie! The refused to help me at all or even give me a decent reason why they would not look at my bike. That's great service guys! NOT!

Freedom is a great place to shop for any level of rider. They have a good mix in their inventory to choose from. Kyle, my salesman, was very knowledge. His concern was about safety and getting the right bike, versus just making a big sale. Carol Ann in the gear department is very helpful and patient. Shout out to Karl for a fast and safe delivery, and everyone in the finance department. The entire staff made my shopping experience more than memorably. I'll definitely be spending with Freedom Powersports again.

Been a FPS customer for years.I can't be happier with my gal Laura in service.She is a true cut above. In an area full of choices in dealerships, having a service advisor I can count on makes all the difference to me in the world. First name basis, courteous and always professional! Laura has always made me feel special as a customer and always shows a genuine interest with regards to my maintenance needs. I haven riding motorcycles for nearly thirty years and know for sure how rare this kind of service is.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. The employees are all helpful, especially Sam. He answered all the questions I had without any hesitation. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend him and this store!

I had a great buying experience at Freedom Powersports. The General Manager Tim was very profession and made me feel at home. Kyle was the Sales Professional that walked me through every phase of the buying experience. He did a great job. Carol Anne was the Parts Specialist that helped me select riding gear. She was very informative and had a great personality. The BMW Technician Erik took time to explain the features and functions of the motorcycle and its systems. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Freedom Powersports earned my business for now and in the future.

Came in looking for atv for my daughter. Sam was a great help in narrowing down just the right machine for my budget and lifestyle.
They were extremely busy but Sam made the time to answer all my questions and help direct us to a manager for finance options. Kudos to Laura from Freedom Powersports Service Department. I purchased a BMW Adventure Motorcycle from them 2 years ago. Fortunately, it has run very well and I've only needed to bring it in for scheduled maintenance and a specific factory recall. She is very professional in the way that she schedules my appointments in advance and the way that she handles my service calls when I arrive. This dealership is full of people that care and Laura is at the top of the list. Really great experience with her and the rest of the team there.

I Called freedom for some new tires and The sales rep Carol Anne helped me out. She was really knowledgeable about helping me get the best tire for my money and made me feel comfortable ordering without seeing it first. I definitely recommend going to freedom and especially asking for her as your sales rep. I'll be back for sure

I always get my bike serviced at Freedom Powersports in McDonough. In all of my experiences dealing with service departments, Laura is the best! Not only does she know what she's talking about, she also takes the time to make sure that everything is done right the first time. We stopped into your store and was looking for some riding gear when a great young lady was more than willing to help us. She helped me with the correct size and fitting and also ended up buying gloves as well. I was so impressed by this girls knowledge, so when we were checking out, I asked her her name. Laura Johnson! This place is absolutely awesome! This was my first motorcycle purchase so I had down some research and got lost information from family and friends that are avid riders. I came in with a list of questions and every one of them were answered before I could ever pull out my list. Buddy help me determine which bike would be the best fit for me with no pressure at all. Laura also gave me so great information for riding safely and caring for my bike. I left feeling like they cared about my safety and not my money. Great team of people!

Love this place!!!! Roy my sales person was straight forward, and honest. He knew a lot about the slingshot. I did my research prior to this purchase and he answered a lot of my trick questions. Tim, love his character and patience, Tim shared his experience with the slingshot.. And Andrew very helpful with my accessories. Shot out to the customer that was a slingshot owner, bragged how much he loved it.and his wife too!!!! The crew was like an extended family. Very personable. I recommend the next toy is purchased here!!!
