If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, you should definitely stop in at Freedom Ford! The staff there is a pleasure to work with! Worst service ever in my life. Got charged for items never done. The broke my caliber by slamming it with a hammer and broke the front brake piston and hammer marks on the rotor. Had to go to Davies Ford to have it done right,not like Jim Bob's backyard mechanism at freedom Ford. Jake and Dave in charge of service will lie to you in the face. Unbelievable, sucks.

My husband went there to look at a truck and ended up getting me a new car for Christmas! It was one of the best experiences of our life when buying a new car. Derek was extremely nice and helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. The credit giant is awesome! Easiest time with financing we have ever had!

I worked with Kirsten Varnish to buy a used pickup. She was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. All the staff I had contact with were great. I would recommend Kirsten and Freedom Ford anytime.

Tim Anderson went above and beyond when I pulled onto the lot with a punctured tire in the middle of my 560 mile one day trek with my 83 year old Mom. He repaired the tire very quickly and we completed our travels safely. There are good people in this world, Tim is one of them! Friendly, kind and helpful. Thanks Tim!

If I could go lower I would. They were very pushy and tried to pick out the car I wanted. They didn't even want me to pick a color. They told me to not trade in my vehicle and let it get repossessed. I AM NOT JOKING! They didn't care if I hurt my credit or not. This place is a joke and I would NEVER recommend anyone not even my worst enemy to go here.

The guys at Freedom Ford went above and beyond in helping us purchase our next vehicle!! They were willing to stay past their hours to make sure we had everything we needed! Our new (used) vehicle is being sure to be made safe for our family before we drive off the lot. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone! They made my whole family feel comfortable with the long, but much needed process of purchasing our next vehicle including running around with our two year old and holding our 3 month old! A huge thank you to the entire staff at Freedom Ford!!
