Really tickled with freedom ford of lebanon! They work with you, and act as if you truly mattered! They took my 06 cheverlot uplander van as a trade in for a down payment for a 2011 Ford Escape! Couldn't be more happier, if you are looking for a vehicle or to trade yours in for another one, I HIGHLY recommend Freedom Ford of Lebanon! Give them a shout, and try them out! Ask for Jay! He is awesome, and ask for Jeremy to Finance it, he's awesome as well!
Fast, friendly & honest.
Good dealership
I had my truck serviced and tires rotated they busted the center caps they tightened up on the plastic caps too much got up in my truck had Oil stained all up in my head liner of course I called them when I seen all this and they were sorry Sorry is a'll good but it should not have happened I know they do not pay them boys much but they at least train them on how to get in and out of someone's truck and take center caps on and off vehicles that's not asking for much I wouldn't think
I've bought 2 vehicles from here. Outstanding service and staff.
I have had nothing but great experience at this location. The staff will go out of their way to accommodate any requests. Even when something wasn't a great fit and a vehicle that is cheaper better suits a person they are neither rude nor unfriendly about it rather happy to make your ends meet so you can enjoy your vehicle and not being worried about how thin the payment stretched you.
Very open when it comes to condition of a vehicle!
awesome service
Terrible dishonest place. Live round trip 3 hours, and in the 7 phone calls from them for insignificant reasons, they couldn't figure out how to use a code reader to tell us the car we were going to see had transmission issues. And after less than 10 mins of having the car, using our own easy to use code reader, and also finding notes about it in the manual, we informed them of the issues. Obviously not caring, he TOLD us he was going to park it back in the front, "just to full a spot." Bad service, bad cars and dishonest employees. Definitely don't buy the Mini or work with the man that calls himself "the Pope".
