Took my 2003 Buick in to service a failing ABS system along with an oil change. Come to find out that the ABS system failed because a coupling detached and became mangled. Since they had replace the bearings in that wheel a half year ago they took responsibility and repaired the ABS system free and waived the diagnostics charge. Of the half dozen times I've taken my car there for service I've always had the best experience and feel as if my business really matters to them. Thanks Fredericktown Chevy!

Having bought 29 vehicles in my life, I know how this usually goes. I was pleasantly surprised and was given the best car buying experience of my life. Joe and the guys at Fredy Chevy did everything right. They did not treat me like a customer. They treated me like a celebrity.like a friend. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Fredy Chevy.

My husband and I went to fredericktown Chevrolet to look at a Traverse we found online. Joseph McGregor, Showed us exactly what we were looking for. He did not try to push other vehicles on us, and he was very Knowledgeable when we asked questions. Joe helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Joe also sent us a follow up card in the mail to make sure that if we had any questions that we could call and ask questions any time. Joe is a Awesome Cars salesman, and we really appreciated his help.
