Very well organized. It was very easy to find the event we were attending.
We spent four nights at Four Points, Polaris this past week and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Columbus. Everyone was so nice and helpful, breakfast was great and our room super nice. The bed was very comfortable and there is a nice choice of restaurants close by to choose from.
The room was good. Somehow I was given empty lotion tube in the bathroom. Next day cleaning lady didn't even replace the empty lotion with new one. The elevator was also super slow. Except these issues my stay at the hotel was nice.
It's very clean, and attractive with good pricing, and comfortable beds.
However, when we arrived we couldn't find anyone to help us. The bartender saw us waiting there and didn't seem to care. We finally had to go ask her to find someone to help us. The person who came to help us was obviously high on something. We went up to the room and my light wouldn't turn on. I discovered it was unplugged, but the outlet didn't work. In the middle of the night, we were awoken several times by people in a nearby room making loud noises (paper thin walls). Also, NO free breakfast.
Overall, I'd say, if you're looking to save a little money, but cleanliness and comfort are important to you, this is a good place to stay. Just don't expect much else.
Decor is dated - wireless does not work - had a number of issues and when I was able to eventually get hold of management they did resolve (except for wireless) and gave me after drink and some SPG points. They were laying new wood flooring the day after we left so maybe the hotel is being updated - it certainly needs it. Location is great if you need to visit mall or IKEA.
Location is pretty decent, being right down the road from pretty much any reasturant you can dream of. There is a gas station within 3 minute walking distance which is nice for quick runs. Hotel itself is okay. Nothing spectacular. its clean and the staff is really nice.
The hotel room was dirty including body hair on my bathroom sink and no remote control. Took the staff over 5 hours to clean my bathroom and I never did get a working remote control. The customer service was terrible and complained to me they were short staffed and would get to me when they could. I was also told by the man who was supposed to fix my remote and the bathroom dispenser of hair conditioner (which was broken and leaking hair conditioner all over my shower) that he didn't have time for this. I would never stay here again.
Location was great. Hotel itself was OK - comfortable, but nothing really special. Quality of furnishings was a bit low - the desk in my room was surprisingly flimsy - I doubt it could handle more than the weight of the phone and lamp that were on it without collapsing. There was an overpowering smell of clove in the hallways and my room, which I'm guessing was from a cleaning product, but it made me wonder if it was that strong because it was being used to mask something worse.
Came here for an overnight trip to the zoo. The staff was very courteous and helpful upon check in. Nice, modern decor. The room itself was kind of small and had some dirty areas mostly in the bathroom. The floors in the hallway need repaired. Someone had drank our complimentary water bottle and it hadn't been replaced (there was an empty bottle in its place). Room service was decent but not worth the cost. Overall would stay overnight again.
Rooms and bathroom are clean with a modern flair. Located just off highway so easy access to rest of Columbus. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Would stay again
Great location next to lots of food options. However, when I checked in, I found blood stains on the mattress pad. The front desk put me in a new room, which was fine. I felt as though the seriousness of my issue wasn't given due weight by the front desk however.
Nice clean hotel. Four points have been renovated and make for a much nicer stay. Lobby bar and cash breakfast too.
Very disappointed in our stay here. Started with checking in..reserved a double..but was given a king with a pull out couch. They tried to say that is a double..ummm no! Have to walk up and down the stairs because I got stuck in elevator..and so did 2 other people I heard..finally put out of order on one elevator. No refrigerator or microwave in room..no microwave in public space. Guess you can't have leftovers or snacks in ur room. Fake wood floors have cracks and planks sticking up like they made them in the basement. And on top of all that when trying to deal with all of this hot mess..bar doesn't open until 5pm. I only have 2 words for those trying to stay here..STAY AWAY. 1 star was being generous.
Room was nice. Appeared clean and in order. Very spacious. The bathroom was a little less than clean, nothing major just not the best. Also had some peeling paint and other minor defects that could have used attention. Booked via Priceline for a very low rate so can't complain. Good value for the price.
