Bought my Lexus in July this year and it’s been absolutely great. I recommend Rusty he was a lot help let me test drive the car over night and once I bought he gave me one free oil change and two free tanks of gas! Great experience. Made my first big girl purchase worth it!

Came here all the way from Jacksonville Florida to buy a used Tundra. They got me into a new one with a great price. Kyle the Sales manager is the man. Rusty is also a great finance manager to deal with. They met beyond my expectations and would definitely recommend buying a car or truck from them. Would definitely drive back up 2.5 hours to get the car I want from them. Best prices I have seen and great customer service!! 10/10

On 11/11/17 I went in to look at a used Tahoe they had on the lot. The asking price was great so, I was definitely going to buy it. I worked with Kyle and Randy on the deal. They worked hard on getting me approved and with the lowest rate possible. I would definitely recommend stopping here when you're looking for a car. Great experience and I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. Oh, and we love the new Tahoe.

I was pretty much ripped off with my first car loan and My guy got me all situated and got a brand new Toyota Corolla. I love this car! My wife and I recently went in to Franklin Toyota to turn in our leased Tacoma. We had a great experience. Randy Fields helped us through the process and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn't pushy at all. He knew what it was we needed and was able to deliver it for us. We were able to get a '17 Tacoma that day without any hiccups. Thanks again for all the help. We love this truck and will be back to this location when it's time to get a new vehicle.

A couple of days ago, I got my first car. A new car in fact!! The process was very smooth and easy. My parents and I were out of there in less than 4 hours (I heard that buying a car can take much longer than that). Thank you, Dean for making my experience and process very simple. You were very understanding with my parents desires, as well as my own. The test drive was very enjoyable. Also, thank you Donnie for helping my father and I out! The staff were all very kind and informative. I would totally recommend Franklin Toyota to any of my friends. I'm in love with my new RAV4!!!!

On another note, I never received an email for the survey of my buying experience. I would 100% give all As.

great place to buy a car. I thought it would be hard with my credit score and they made it happen. zero down and I'm driving a 2017. The atmosphere there is very nice and inviting with lots of treats while you wait. They are definitely worth a try :)
