Felt I was nice giving them a three star rating. Odd experience to say the least. We never really came to a deal with a handshake; we were just forwarded to the finance director. Michael said he had only worked there for a short time, but it didn't seem like anyone there came forward to explain the features of the vehicle. He got the manager at one point; TJ opened with 'I'm already upside down on this vehicle'it's a demo, so I assume that is to be expected. After the sale, we had some work that was done. The issues seemed to be fixed, but the car was never detailed like promised. It wasn't returned full of gas (not necessary, but shows the lack of concern for customer satisfaction). Stereotypical dealer that got their money and then the customer is forgotten. Only reason I purchased a vehicle here was due to the heavy discounts offered for this demo Tahoe.
