Chris was the one help me this morning. We had the Side Shift Cylinder oil leaks this morning and called MFG.CO was helped by Chris, extremely helpful. Order it in 5 Mins and was told the seal kit that we need in stock.

Don’t expect to bring your part and have them find it for you.
I was told to call and provide the VIN of the forklift and order over the phone. I was at the will call door with parts on me and they just shut the door.

I guess they just want the business from forklift repair business not from a DIYer.

I wish we were able to rate a negative 5 stars, the person who took my call in parts should really consider taking customer service lessons, disgusting attitude was silent on the phone for 2 minutes after I said I wanted to pay a part over the phone so my driver can pick up and finally says ok what is the credit card number didn't ask my company name didn't verify the part I was trying to purchase. I'm sure i'm not the only person who went else where for the attitude and you just lost an easy $500.00 sale.
