Has a captive customer base, nearest competition in Burlington or Mt Vernon. Prices tend to be a bit higher and the variety of products and labels are limited. One good thing it has a Skippers Fish outlet inside. It is relatively close to the bus park and ride, but loaded with groceries, it maybe a bit of a walk for some. The Skat 300 runs only once an hour, west and east.

Most employees have a very negative attitude. Even going so far as insulting me when I was pregnant! The prices are high and they have a very "low class" aire about them. The store is dirty and they seem to have 'cornered the market' so to speak as they have raised the prices to a point where they're higher then clean, friendly and reputable places. Customer service closes at 5:45p and opens at 10:00a, terrible hours. Go the extra few miles to Haggen our Fred Meyer's. At least you'll feel valued. Also, worst hot case ever.

This place is so overpriced and the staff is so rude. Basic customer service skills apparently don't matter here, and its' clearly okay to be rude to young people or brown people.

Most horrible customer service ever!!! And management seems to have no authority or training to handle basic situations. I am from AZ. Was visiting my family. We bought a bottle of alcohol. Dropped out of bag getting out of car. Called and asked if they could replace the bottle. Stephanie was rude as can be and of no help. Her store director John was no better. I have a receipt and pictures. I work for Albertson's/Safeway in AZ. We would have given them another bottle no problem. I would not spend a single penny in this store.

Deli very expensive. The potato salad is not made in house and is not very good. $32.00 for a large container is crazy! Partly my fault, as I was in a rush and did not realize the price until it was too late.

I have to say im so disappointed in the employees. There have been some situations i have viewed while standing in line that i feel were not helpful, polite, or brainstormed ways they could approach situations in other then rude and harsh solutions.

Their baked goods look and smell delicious, although I haven't tried them. I usually only go there to use the DVD Express machine if the one in Burlington Haggen doesn't have the movie I want to rent. Their price for M&M's is way too high. I went down the street to Walgreen's and got a bag 4 times the size for the same price. Inexplicably, there's a Skipper's restaurant in the store. I haven't been to Skipper's in years, but if I remember correctly, they have good seafood.
