I am very pleased with the work done by Foam-It Insulation to insulate my home and improve the energy efficiency. I would highly recommend Jim Wallace, my initial contact who coordinated the job, and the installation team of Mike Murphy, Scott Mosher, Kevin & Jordan. They were very professional, extremely easy to work with, and most accommodating.

Daisy contacted me as part of NYSERTA program. She was very pleasant and set me up with Jim to come for an assessment with in two weeks of contacting me. She also provided a follow up reminder call the day before and walked me through what to expect.
Jim arrived on time and was incredibly professional. He started in our attic crawl space and inspected down through my basement. After he was done he showed me where areas were concern were and how to best mediate them. He took the time to explain the whys and the hows of the process and what to expect day of. So far it’s been efficient and well informed.

We would like to thank Foam It Insulation for such a wonderful job they did on our house.
It was a pleasure to have the crew of Kyle, Aaron & Jessica working here, they are such a polite, courteous and professional team.
A five-star rating is not nearly high enough for them, it should be double for this crew. They took note to the concerns of the homeowner due to health issues within the family. Their team took outstanding efforts to keep everything clean, and protected, they went above and beyond.
Their boss stopped by the jobsite, and we commented to him on how great they are as a team and what a beautiful job they were doing. Their boss stated that they are an "A-team", and he was very accurate with this statement. Not only are they a great team, but they are also wonderful kindhearted, caring individuals. If we were to need work done by your company in the future, we would request to have this team back.
If Foam It Insulation as a company has an incentive program for the teams this team is one that should definitely receive it.

I have had an excellent experience with Foam-it over the last few months, from creating a fine-tuned scope of work to fix my home's issues, all the way to job completion today. The team was respectful of our home, worked around our child's nap schedule (HUGE), and they made it look like they were never here when the job was done.

The work was quoted to repair defects from when the home was originally built that caused uncomfortable rooms in the Winter. By sealing off leaky areas, these rooms now hold in the heat much better. Nothing was added to the job that didn't need to be done in order to correct these issues - I don't feel like any money or time was wasted in areas that wouldn't improve the end result of my home being warmer. Anywhere that custom work had to be done, it exhibited excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Looking forward to having them back in the Fall to spray foam my garage ceiling so it will hold in the heat better this Winter when I'm working on cars.

EDIT: They left an hour ago and my furnace still hasn't kicked on. I'm not used to this! :-)

Thanks so much to Jim our sales guy, and Adam, Kyle and Kaia who came out to do the work! We had spray foam installed in our 1950s cape attic kneewalls and house rim joist- all I can say is Wow. What a difference. After only one day, the drafts are gone, the thermostat can stay at a steady temp, all of our “cold rooms” are the same temp as all of the other rooms. It’s amazing. My regret is not having this done years ago. These guys were great to work with and the process was fast and efficient. We are very happy.
