I couldn't start my car tonight, called AAA. Truck arrived pretty fast. George was able to help me with a problem. Real professional, great person, and I got a couple of pieces of advice from him. Thank you, George! I am very happy that I renewed my AAA membership recently, saved my money tonight. I highly recommend Breen Brothers!

I waited double the time they initially told me. I called 4 to 5 times - they ended up offering me a discount from the price of my tow. 4 stars for rectifying! Otherwise two for sure. For what it’s worth, my driver was really nice too.

Prompt and efficient tow service. Just be aware that they charge a “convenience fee” using a credit card. This was not disclosed when I called the office for the tow and asked if they wanted cash or a card. I was told I could use a card but was not told about the fee. I would have gotten the cash together if I had known. I would give 5 stars if they had been transparent

My car was towed by this company back in July because the street was set to be scraped then paved. There was only ONE SIGN attached to a single tree on the whole block. I never saw the sign when I parked. When they towed the car, one of the Y- arms that are supposed to straddle the tire actually cut through the tire. I went the next day and bought one used tire for $80.00. I then sent pictures of the damaged tire and the receipt for the used one. I started calling Breen Brothers a couple of times a week for the next month and each time was told to call back or someone would return my call. Not once did anyone return any of my calls. They eventually blocked my cell number. I called from another phone and the call went through but was put on hold and never picked up. I then put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Breen Brothers never responded to their calls. You would think that a business a big as this towing company, would own up to their mistake and reimburse my $80.00. I think they could afford that. I guess not. I would not recommend using this company.

The driver was quick, polite, professional and called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. Joseph is great! He recommended a tire place nearby that's really professional and affordable. I appreciated that. What a life saver! Thank you! Highly recommended.
