I could have taken my Cadillac SRX that was vandalized and 'keyed' right down to the metal to the dealer. Instead, I took it to Randy & Bob's because of their reputation and modern facility. The entire hatch door had to be painted. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had hit a deer in the middle of moving and were directed here through our insurance as a preferred body shop. They worked with our schedule, we were in and out quickly, and they prepared a rental car for us as well. Very courteous and polite. We were to take it in the next Wednesday, but because we had broken our headlight cover, they bumped us up to Monday. They have a website for you to check progress pictures of your vehicle. My car and the paint job came out flawless. It made a bad situation painless. I highly recommend and will use this shop myself again if ever need be.

I just had my 2011 Escape fixed from a deer hit for the second time. It turned out fantastic! It looks brand new and you can not even tell that there was ever any damage. Randy & Bob's quality of work is incredible! I highly recommend them.

Without doubt, the most incredible auto body shop I've ever dealt with, and I deal with these people a LOT! Walking in you don't even think you're in an auto body shop, except for the back wall of the common area and outer office is all glass and you can see right down into the cleanest shop you've ever seen.

The staff are polite, they're courteous, they're actually happy to see you and take your concerns seriously. Nobody else touches my car or van or my son's truck for body work.
