Most inept front office staff on the planet. Husband was referred to this rat-hole from another doctor for a steroid shot. They would not make an appointment until they received approval from his insurance (which is understandable). That process was supposed to take a couple of days. After over a week with no word we waited in hold for 40 minutes only to be told that the paperwork never got sent over. Another two weeks went by with no word. He finally called his insurance company and was told it had been approved weeks ago. Another impossibly long wait on hold only to be told by the condescending snotty little troll in the office that THEY were not able to reach out to the insurance company because they didn't have time and were going to be on hd for too long (because apparently their time is ineffably more valuable than his). Basically wasted WEEKS of his time with their laziness and ineptitude. Finally gave up and tried a different office. Run, don't walk away from this place.

My mom has to come to this office and they treat her like a drug addict and threaten to take her medication away from her. She has severe nerve damage and pins and rods in both ankles. She falls several times a year. She comes home crying every time she goes to this place. It is despicable the way they treat her. She can't receive pain medecine from the hospital because of a contract with this place and they make her wait a week after an accident to be seen. She spends most of her time in bed and is very depressed because of these people. I feel their behavior is bullish.
