The office staff billed me incorrectly twice and it resulted in me owing more money. I immediately ended my services. I can't trust a business who has trouble billing correctly

Unprofessional beyond means you don't tell someone you are going to do something by a time limit and never do it then when I followed up gave me another day that they would be in contact with me and still never heard from them. DO NOT make a promise you can't keep have a little respect and do what you said you would.

Only giving this place a 2 because the staff are amazing, if it wasn't for the staff I would give it a big fat 0 (if you could review as a 0), however they do not have any concept of time and how to manage time. Take your appointment time and add 2-3 hours that you will be waiting around the office to be seen. Never in my life have I waiting that long to complete a doctors appointment.

WARNING THESE FOLKS ARE CROOKS! They lied and told me I had a copay - it was new insurance and there was not a co-pay - they gave me prefab contacts that were no help and asked me to sign saying I had them for $60! Three days later I had an eye infection that they would not see me about on a walk in, told me they could schedule in two months! BEWARE OF THESE CLOWNS! Really ZERO STARS but you have to give them one star to post! Live Oak and Lake City are both terrible!

I took my glasses in to get new nose pads and in a couple of days one of the pads came off. I took them back and after 30 minutes I was told that the screw was stripped, used super glue and they would not replace my frames. They have employed new people and one of them broke my glasses. I don't recommend using the store for glasses.

Been waiting for over an hour to get seen then sitting in the room for over 1/2 hour just for the dr to see my girlfriend. There people really just don't get people don't have all day for something that shouldn't take but an hour. Will not return .

I stopped going because the eye doctor I saw chose to interpret my astigmatism as a potential future risk for glaucoma. Funny no other eye doctor has ever told me this before.

(Because I was diagnosed and my visit was deemed "medical" my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of the exam. I'm not sure if this is something doctors do as a way of generating more money, but it's frustrating regardless.)
