Would give 5 stars because the food was good, but the service was below average. Not busy, approx 3-4 customers for sit down service during my stay. Waited 10 min to get a straw for my water. While eating, the waiter was so quick to remove items he assumed I was done with. Didn't asksimply said, "I'll take this" and was off. Finally, as he attemped to remove a plate with the last wing still intact, I said, "no, I'm not done, you sure are in a hurry to clear the table". To which he replied "fine dining means to remove anything not necessary." So, i guess it's their decision on what is considered "necessary" during ur dinning experience. Finally, the check was placed on my table halfway through my meal. The reasoning given for this was " we do this for lunch in case u want to leave soon." Yea, right, it's 4pm. I won't be back.
I love this place. I live nearby and sometime forget how great it is. Burgers are amazing. Love fries and bacon brussels sprouts.
Wonderful burgers. BLT salad and wings are good. Service quick and friendly staff. All freshly made.
I would give this place more stars had the service been better. It takes a lot to open up a business and keep it going, and it seems like not many of the staff care about this. Our cocktails took way too long and the food order taking even longer. We had to flag down the manager/owner to jot down our orderand we were at the empty bar. Overall. Service needs to improve dramatically for a place like this to survive and keep me coming back, with the myriad of places to go to nearby..regardless of how delicious and juicy their burgers are..parmesan truffle fries to die for too.. service makes a monumental difference.
The quinoa burger here is no joke. It's fantastic. Probably in my top 5 burgers from Atlanta. Their cocktails are pretty good as well. Minus one star because service can be painfully slow even when they are not busy. Minus another star because the cocktails are way overpriced for the amount of liquor that actually goes into them(weak). I should easily get a buzz from 3 mixed drinks.
My very first time to have a roadtrip stopover here in Atlanta and I am pretty much happy stopping for the 1st time and experience the taste of their Butcher's cut burger and truffle fries! It is Flipin' awesome!
Plus the place is very clean and quiet (since we came around 3pm where everyine have eaten already), the price is affordable too (only the Kobe burgers are priced high at $49!), the staff are friendly and helpful too! I highly recommend this place here in Atlanta!
Great decorated place, friendly place, parking lot, you can eat inside or outside, clean and cosmopolitan restaurant.
Hamburgers are delicious ( Oaxaca and Bison burger awesome) and craft beers are also very good, homemade french fries and milkshake are yummy.
The interior is the predictable fast casual open space. The furnishings are kind of plasticky, but comfortable. The music is way too loud. The open kitchen area was an unattractive distraction. The burgers were quite good. I guess I would go back, if forced.
We're visiting from Chicago, and I have to say this was one of the best burgers I've ever had. If you stop in, you have to get a nitrogen milkshake. They're super yummy, and you get to watch them pour nitrogen all over. Great service, too.
RIP OFF!! Visiting from NC and went to this place b/c they were rated best in the city. Paid 14 bucks for 2 of the smallest crappiest milkshakes EVER!! 6.50 of a waste!! Cookout is way better and half the price. How do you charge 6.50 for avg at best milkshakes?! SMH never again. Would have given negative stars if I could!!
The nitrogen blasted milkshakes are top-tier. Incredible burgers. Everything I have ever had here is exceptional. Rather pricey though.
Started my day here and all I can say is I love this place to infinity!! The burgers are great, fries are good, shakes are delicious but I will continue to come back for the pickles!! I LOVE THEM
Really great variety of healthy options for burgers that you won't regret the next morning. Love the lamb burger, can't wait to go back to try the big bison burger. The milkshakes are to die for.
The onion rings are unbelievable, and the shakes were very tasty. The service was on point throughout the meal. Our server, Quinn, had that perfect balance of being friendly but not overbearing. Highly recommend!
Excellent burger flavors and ingredient variations. Cool, eclectic restaurant decor. If you're a foodie or just love unique finds, stop here and learn why Richard Blais won Top Chef All-Stars. There are two locations in Atlanta.
