  I am writing this review on behalf of Reisa. She is a leasing agent at Flashcube and an outstanding one at that. However, I would be remiss to say she is like the other leasing agents at the company, providing each apartment-seeking couple with detailed information while keeping a patient and understanding demeanor. She goes above and beyond the call of her position by treating each prospective customer with respect rather than like a number trying to meet a monthly quota.
  
  Unfortunately, my praise for her cannot extend to the rest of the office. A disorganized team was more than apparent; documents were unnecessarily created, and excessive fees were charged. However, Reisa managed the situation in a professional manner that I must commend. She was reachable at all times and did not fail to resolve the issue.
  
  Moreover, the regional manager Tracy was exceptional herself. She also accommodated my concerns promptly and was very personable! I give her my highest praise.
  
  I recommend Flashcube Luxury Apartments as long as you speak with Reisa and or Tracy!
  
  The question now becomes: will the upstanding customer service continue after the leasing agreement has been signed!

  Worst place to live. They make it seem welcoming, but once you’re actively living here it’s a completely different story. One of the team members Victoria is extremely prejudice and is oblivious on how to manage a property and communicate with tenants. This has made me very uncomfortable living here. Also after speaking with multiple other tenants they expressed to me there has been a ton car break ins and suspicious characters roaming the building and parking lot. My advice is to stay far away and look at other options that will give you a peace of mind.

  Perfect location, great staff & amenities. Tall ceilings, massive city-view windows, and bedroom ceiling fan are all awesome. Internet wiring from the closet to the main room is fantastic for work-from-home. I do wish there was an actual bathtub instead of just a shower. Overall, Flashcube is a really nice place to live, and I would easily recommend it!

  I am a few months into my lease at the Flashcube and I couldn’t be happier! Jordan made the application process smooth and easy. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything handled for move in, even when I had to reschedule a couple times. The unit was SO CLEAN when I got my keys. With my previous experience of living in different apartment communities over the past few years this was a very welcomed surprise. The studio I am in is the perfect size for me. The staff is always friendly and ready to greet you with a smile, the residents I’ve come in contact with are the same. I’d recommend Flashcube to anyone wanting a luxury downtown space to call their own!

  I toured multiple Flashcube studios this past week and absolutely loved each one. The design, the large windows, the ample storage, the in-unit washer and dryer - it checked all of my boxes. Jordan showed me around the building's vast offering of working spaces, health/fitness spaces, community spaces, and more; she was knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. While my current budget just can't do enough gymnastics to make Flashcube work for me at this time, it is absolutely at the top of my list for future KCMO apartments.
