  Okay so first Safety:The Ranch as I call it is outside the city limits and because of this there is no crime,none.All of the other parks are in the city limits and have all the associated crime ie theft,noise,etc.(check the local police blotter)I have been here since 2018 with my wife because it is safe.The wifi : The old system worked just fine but the new (as of this year) is even better its professionally installed commercial grade WIFI.Don't take my word for it check it out the system is plain to see throughout the property.We considered moving to the high dollar park (Ocean front RV Park)For the better amenities but we decided we probably would not be using them so it was a no brainer to stay right here and save that hundreds of dollars more they want over there.Rocking Ranch RV Park is perfect for someone who is here for the work with family who doesn't need any frills.Just a safe, quiet (lots by the highway are not as quiet of course) cheap park for the working man.Management is respectful.

  Well it's dirt. No WIFI. They told us for six months that the wifi would be on Friday. Months of friday no wifi. Thank the God above we left Kermit. Please don't expect any better than this park in Kermit. There is nothing in this wasteland. It's horrible amongst the most horrible.

  Been there a week with no problems with electricity or sewage so it seems they fixed the issues. Laundry facility is clean 3 washers & dryers. No wifi that I’m aware of but free cable TV 👍
  Lots of empty spots. Manager is friendly.
