  What can we say about Charles Eshnaur. He is definiletly the type of person you want helping you look for a house. He knows what he is doing, he understands the home buying process. He is detail oriented, and quick responsive. In this sellers market he was very patient with us and never gave up on us. He is a true professional. Thank you for helping us find our new home!

  All I can say is a very positive "OMG." I was blown away by Charles Eshnaur’s services, and assistance; mind you, this was my second transaction in 18 months, but first with Charles. Top notch to say the least. He can be trusted, highly adept, and uber-competent. I felt as if he was a loved family member, who also happens to be a real estate guru, assisting me with my purchase.
  
  I purchased a home from out of state, and never stepped foot in the home once before closing. When I eventually moved in, it was everything I needed, and more. Charles made this possible because, he paid undivided attention to my needs, and worked tirelessly to ensure my needs were met. During the difficult periods of the transaction, he always had the right solution. He is the kind of realtor people would say, "God worked through him."
  Off course, all the usual constraints of a seller’s market existed, but Charles’ knowledge, poise, and ability to be very dynamic, allowed me to quickly put in the right offer for the right home.

  Charles is the best of the best! We were buying from out of state and he helped us find our dream home. In the search process he worked with our schedules and found the best options available. He blocked out two days with us and showed us properties all day! The best part about Charles is that he is not aggressive at all. He will never try and sway your decision! We were able to find our dream home quick with Charles’s help. I highly recommend going with Chuck!

  Charles is attentive, patient, and extremely flexible. Charles had excellent communication and always found a way to keep in touch throughout our search during the busy holidays. In the end, we found the perfect home that suited exactly what I needed. He was there for me every step of the way when purchasing my first home. Do not hesitate to reach out to him or his company. I definitely recommend him!

  I highly recommend Charles, he is a professional real estate person and has a nice personality. We bought a home through him about three years ago and everything thing he did was amazing. He took our requirements and found us the perfect house. He also continued to support us after the purchase by recommending craftsmen to handle various tasks.
  
  We maintain a relationship with him and when my sister and I had to sell our late brother's house at the beginning of this year, we turned to him to handled the listing. He is good about offering his advise but he is also not pushy. The house was effectively sold in one weekend.
  
  You couldn't ask for a better professional then that.
