Working with Kurt Allen and his team was an incredible experience from start to finish. I have never known a more hardworking broker in my life. The Caskey & Caskey team is #1 in customer service!! In 2007 we moved to Manhattan Beach and Dave helped us find our beach dream home. Sadly, just two years later he gently guided the process of selling this lovely family home as I cried my way through the divorce process. He made sure he found a local rental home for me and my teenage son in his school district. When this lease expired Dave once again stepped in and found us another rental on a great walk street. My son went off to college and it was finally time for me to move on and purchase a home for my next chapter. The Caskey team took care of every detail of making sure the closing process went smoothly. They also helped arrange painters, landscaping, tile work, electrical and plumbing contractors.
