Ok, you have an idea about a bathroom upgrade but you’re worried about choosing the right outfit. Well, that was me. Luckily, I listened to a neighbor who recommended Five Star Bath Solutions.

With two bathrooms that needed various levels of upgrading, I had perviously gotten a proposal from another company for an expensive upgrade. After calling 5 Star we set up a relaxed home visit with Sam, the 5 Star Bath salesman, to discuss our options.

His informed opinions enabled us to make a better decision in relation to our house; possible resale, staying long term, even the idea of over-upgrading and we landed on an exciting and doable plan for both bathrooms that incorporated some of our ideas but also kept us on a practical and affordable path.

A special note to say we changed up some of the work plans at the last minute and the changes were handled perfectly, without a glitch and it was one of many appreciated touches from their customer service oriented team of professionals Jim, Paige and Tammie.

But, the real heroes and frontline soldiers in all this are Joe and Tyler, the installers. Starting with a careful and clean demolition, the men went to work on the reconstruction and install. Joe lead the team with experience, courtesy and amazing craftsmanship as the bathrooms were transformed, built out from scratch from what had only been discussed on paper.

It’s important to remember that these gentlemen were tasked with creating two different showers with completely different layouts (materials chosen by us). This is work that requires pinpoint measurements, creating pieces of an amazing puzzle that will fit into whatever bathroom configuration they may find. Along the way they are open to questions and always maintain a terrific attitude. Upon completion, the job showed their artistry and pride. And made this customer extremely happy.

So, like my good neighbor, I recommend 5 Star Bath Solution of Novi (mistakenly mentioned Utica in previous review)!
