The office staff are amazing and compassionate! I got a deep cleaning and had to bring my 3 an 6 year old daughters, my hygienist was so patient and the staff gave my kids toys when they became restless. Right now I am a single parent and have anxiety when going to appointments because I don't have child care . They welcomed me and my girls with open arms. I hated the dentist before this office ! they have a life long client.

My experience with Italian Smiles has been incredible. I’ve had two separate appointments and both appointments went smoothly. I had a deep cleaning performed on February 15th with Vanessa and she did such an amazing job. Not only is she knowledgeable, but her bedside manner ranks up there with the best I’ve ever experienced and she performed her job with such exuberance and enthusiasm, at times I forgot I was even at the dentist. She made sure I was comfortable the whole duration of my appointment and provided me with hand written information on how to properly care for my teeth going forward. She is a true gem that every dentist office would benefit from having on their staff :)

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Leonard for my biannual dental cleaning. I came to the appointment with the intention of just getting a cleaning, but after getting x-ray pictures back, it was brought to my attention that part of my cavity filling from a year and some time ago had came out partially. Dr. Leonard made time for me to get that filling removed and restored in the same day! She was professional, caring, and prompt. Front staff were very welcoming from when I first walked in and I was given a tour of the whole office. The hygienist who took care of me is who made this a truly memorable experience for me. I can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is very passionate about every patient she receives. She gave me many tips on how to take care of my teeth and she pays incredible attention to detail. I accidentally dropped my nose jewelry on the ground since I had to remove it for x-rays and she spent a good amount of time looking with me it was so sweet! She even offered to sweep the floor at the end. (Thankfully I found it!) Such an amazing office 10/10, they make you feel like you’ve been coming there for years.

Dr. LaVant, Dr. Leonard, Massa and staff are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The entire staff goes above and beyond for their patients. Their kind and gentle approach is refreshing and most of all appreciated. They each make going to the dentist a pleasant experience!

Beyond grateful for this dental office and their staff. Brought my daughter in for an emergency visit; needless to say, the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and personable. We felt like family!! Both doctors gave me their honest and professional advice. It is a kid-friendly environment, which helped my daughter to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. The office itself is very clean, which I really appreciate. Thanks again Italian Smiles!!
