  Great customer service. The assessor was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Full staff was very informative
  
  Called five Boro for a mold issue after a flood I had. They were very quick to come at scheduling my appointment. Very friendly staff !
  
  They are excellent and I highly recommend. Extremely neat and clean from start to finish.
  
  Five stars isn’t even enough for how great this team is the office is super friendly and had extreme patience with all of my questions. The technicians were on time and very thorough with all their work.
  
  Their reports are fantastic. So much information and very self explanatory as well. The inspector was very nice and knew what exactly what was going on in my home. If your looking for mold removal this is your team !!

  Dont ever hire these people, they dont follow safety protocols and tear your walls down without telling anyone leaving everything open to the elements so the pipes could freeze.

  Our relatives in Queens had mold on their walls which seemed to be very ugly, they called Five Boro Mold Specialist. They came and started inspection and prepare a quick report. They performed their job and now apartment is looking awesome. Fantastic job. Highly recommended Five Boro Mold Specialist!

  Five Boro Mold Specialist crew was thorough and explained every aspect of their inspection process, answering questions and pointing out not only what to watch for going forward, but where access panels and shut off valves were located for future reference. They spent a good two hours on the inspection and verbally summarized the main points of their findings to both the buyers and sellers before they left. Overall, very pleasant and illuminating experience!

  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to receive a mold inspection, removal, testing and mold remediation in Brooklyn. Even my real estate agent, who was present with me at the time, was very impressed. Thanks for the great service! I received a copy of the inspection findings and was amazed at the amount of detail and photos provided in the report. I ended up not purchasing that home, but when I found the house I finally ended up purchasing, I called Five Boro Mold Specialist to complete the inspection for that house and they did a wonderful job.
