They have high prices and entice customers to give them a 5 star review for a discount. The guy who runs/owns this place yells and talks down to his employees. I'll stick to all of the other fish stores in Milwaukee: Aquatics Unlimited, Milwaukee Aquatics & Best Fish. BTW, if you breed fish don't go here, try one or more of the other stores I previously listed. Good Luck Ya'll.

Great family owned aquatics store. Staff is Very Knowledgeable and will readily help and answer the most technical of questions related to the industry. Purchased a new custom setup from them and they were very helpful and informative in the process.

Very helpful and intelligent staff. Their stock is all high quality and they put a lot of work into making sure what you take home will last. Their Packer Monday deal is also fantastic because it gives me another reason to cheer every time they score! Parking is not ideal but don't let that discourage you because this place is absolutely worth a visit. Don't be surprised if they refuse to sell you fish though if they seem your tank is not ready for fish. This is not a bad thing. They care so much about your fishkeeping experience that they choose to ensure that you are ready for fish before making a sale.

Extremely friendly! Loved what they had going on. All stores have been effected by the weather and hurricanes. However, they still had a great selection. They have great things in place to continue to grow the business. I was looking for a place to stock my fish room and I have for sure found one. Will be back.

I have been a fish and aquarium enthusiast for 30 years. I have been going here since the first hand held cell phone was invented. If you want a real place that really cares and is excited to help you, go here. Their staff is very knowledgeable, insightful and fun. The stock is healthy and clean and the whole experience is family friendly and it really brings you into a different world. I go more often in the winter because it is nice and humid in there during those dry months and the place reminds me of a beach resort full of fish. Don't take it from me though, explore the place for yourself.

Recommend coming here over Aquatics Unlimited. The manager seems to know a lot about fish and with the membership, it's very cheap. When I have a question, I call them. Also really like that they greet me when I walk in and are very tentative to their customers.

Awesome store. Cool staff. Bought lots of fish and only one died overnight :( not their fault though guessing something wasn't right with the little fish. I would definitely come again sometime.

Great experience today. Brett and Joshua were very knowledgeable. They were enthusiastic and eager to engage with us. Many rare and hard to find species. All the fish were healthy and active. A little disappointed in plant, shrimp, and nano fish selection but was excited to find this is because it's a focal point of improvement within the next couple weeks. Definitely will be returning as those areas are my favorite part of the hobby. Mentioned my pea puffers and was treated to some feeder snails. These guys definitely love what they do, great store for people that have been in the hobby for a while or those looking to start their fist aquarium.

Fish Factory is the best fish store in the Midwest. They outdo all their competition by offering a Grade A+ Service & Product. The Fish Factory is a Family owned and operated store. They treat your tank as if it is their own. Definitely worth the time to stop by and check out what they have to offer. Steve, the owner, is extremely knowledgable and has been in business for 30+ years. Always look forward to stopping by the store when I'm in the area. Friendly atmosphere with good music & good vibes all around!!! A+++

LOVE, LOVE this place.
They have always been #1 in helping my husband and I select the best fish for our tank. I would always highly recommend. And I tend to be very fickle about the attitudes and service I am given, and these guys and gals go above and beyond not only finding the answer, but if they dont know it they are even calling their coworkers for advice to assist the customer.
Pretty awesome keep up the great work guys

This store is ok at best. Prices on everything are crazy high and freshwater selection is lame at best. I bought 1 cool pice of driftwood here and never seen anything cool in here again. Staff is friendly and helpful, just crazy over priced!

I love this store! The overall feel and vibe is amazing. The stores always so clean and neat, everything had a proper place and was well organized. The prices of the store are great too. They always have the best fish for great deals. The staff is always amazing, I am always greeted multiple times when i walk in the door. They work around me and my needs I drive all the way from Zion Illinois to get my fish.

Despite several bad reviews, I went to the fish factory this past weekend and it too will be my last visit. Steve, the owner is pretty adamant about being proud of his store on these reviews, but it's rather talk , than actual show. I chuckle when I see stores that gives discounts. Price discrimination for fish that we can obtain elsewhere at much better quality is rather something to laugh at. The fish at fish factory are overly priced with the fact that they harbor nothing more special including rarity than the next fish store. Instead of focusing on "discounts" and act as if you have a monopolized fish store, you guys should consider selling at a more probable equilibrium. High prices doesn't generate the most revenue, you call BS on that remark but look at how well your tanks are fully stocked. That's because no one is buying anything and your store is as empty as your pride.
