Only rating 3 stars due to the rude and uneducated staff along with the small cage factor.. i drove an hour to look at a dog one evening to only get 2 very rude young girls who told me i couldn't see a puppy because a litter mate was already out.. these are not cars they are animals with their own personality.. i decided to give it another shot and return the next day and ended up buying a German shepherd mix (luckily the staff whom was there that day was much more knowledgeable and inviting)i mostly chose the shepherd because she was so big in her cage i wouldn't have been able to sleep that night knowing where she was.. my puppy however is very smart and I'm completely satisfied with her.. i think some new staff and bigger cages could really make a difference here.
I have had multiple dogs from Puppyworld over the last 20 years and they all lived long happy healthy lives. The staff has always been incredibly helpful and a great resource for a dog owner as myself. They have always helped me when I ran into issues that I was unaware of with my dogs. I cannot thank them enough for helping me and my family.
My friend and I really enjoyed our time there playing with the dogs, however; the establishment earned such a low rating from me because 1.) The staff was rather rude and unknowledgeable, 2.) The dogs were kept in very small cages and some seemed at the edge of health, and 3.) The entire place seemed a little sketchy to us, the staff wouldn't tell us where the dogs were originally from nor exactly how old they were.
All in all, I would say buyer beware But all those dogs need a great home!
I bought our puppy from here when she was 2 months she is now 8 months she is GREAT LITERALLY the best dog I've ever had. Only bad thing is NEVER finance from them we missed one payment (1 day late) and the interest went to 98% But over all we are very satisfied with our puppy she was/is very healthy no problems with her at all :) the staff was great And very helpful only bad thing was financing but NEVER AGAIN FINANCING another dog esp through their bank
I first have to say my dog that I got from here I love. He is amazing, beautiful, and very intelligent. I was going to rescue but one day I walked in here and rocket And I knew we were meant to be together. I wouldn't change anything about it or him but know this, he got there 2 hours before I met him, he flew in from Kansas, and the only info I can find on his breeder is that they also breed for animal research. I was heart broken. every dog needs a loving home but know this, the credit check I'm told is not based on credit but how much money you have in your checking account (these people made no sense) and clearly they are not from local family breeders. It is a money making machine that is All.
As long as you're ok with that .. every dog needs a loving home and my baby has found his.
Me and my daughter went in the store on a Friday let's say the dogs are so adorable and expensive and Puppy World is giving out the wrong information we was told if we take our dog to the vet within 7 day and anything was wrong bring them the bill well the dog we bought had ear mites. I called up there and the manager or owner got on the phone and said they only do in store credits up to a year and to read my contact yes she was write that is what the contract said but the girl who sold the dog to us said bring them the bill and they world reimburse us for the bill I just don't like dealing with shady people because the contract was signed after she told my daughter that
I bought a puppy from them 16 yrs ago, the best dog I ever had, just went back a month ago to get another dog from them, I got another great dog, I love this place
8 years ago we got our dog Gordy here! It was overall a pleasant experience despite being on the expensive side. I stop in every now and then to play with the puppies they have outWho doesn't love puppies?
I love going to this place to see the puppies. I feel it could be a little more clean and I hate that the puppies are caged the way they are.
RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Though they do offer financing. (If you're eligible, & the staff haven't a clue what makes you eligible, we were told it was random. ?) Pups are kept in tiny cages ): The staff do seem to take good care of them though. I don't know. It just seems kind of sketchy to me. But it is pretty much the only place around where you can simply walk in, view and hold the puppies, and buy one right then and there is you want.
