The staff here went above and beyond for me. Everyone that I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. The person I was originally scheduled with wasn't sure she could do what I needed, so she called in another stylist who was more experienced with pixie cuts AND gave me a gift bag with some hand lotion and lip balm. I will definitely be returning.

Extremely disappointed. I made an appointment for 6:30, they called me the morning of asking me if I could change it to 6:45 which was no problem. When I showed up at 6:45, I was told that my stylist was running a little behind. I said that was fine. Up until now I still hadn't received a thank you, apology for the change in time, nothing but I didn't think much of it.
I sat in the waiting area for 35 minutes. NOBODY came up to me letting me know how much longer it'd be, thanked me for waiting, etc. I got up and left after 35 minutes of waiting past my appointment time.
Apparently my stylist "had an appointment she didn't know about" which is why it was taking so long. This wasn't communicated to me until after I had walked out. Even at this point I STILL did not receive an apology.
I will never be returning. Horrible customer service.response / report this review -

I went in this morning for a hair cut with Leah and she was super fun to work with! She did an amazing job cutting my hair and giving it a trim. Very professional and personable!
Later in the day I went to get my bridal trial done and I LOVE every style Leah did and she worked with me and let me tell her what did and didn’t work- SHES THE BEST! I already booked to have my hair and makeup and bridal parties makeup done. I’m beyond pleased with the work and the prices!! Also I have very fine hair and had hair extensions put in and they felt and look amazing- can’t even tell they are in!response / report this review -

I called to get a relaxer. They had not clue what I was talking about. I was also talking to them on the phone when they hung up on me so I called back and they put me on hold. Just rude

I came here with my bridal party last Saturday, about 9 women and they did a fantastic job. Very accommodating, everyone was so happy with their hair and make up. Affordable, although I would have paid anything for this service. I am the bride and Meg did my up do and makeup. It was awesome, painless, and I have never had such a positive experience at a salon. I was quite anxious about this part of the wedding and Meg took all of that away with her calm demeanor and perfection of her work!

I won't lie I think the stylists are great. However the management there is less than amazing. It's been over a month since I had my hair done and had a problem. The problem was my hair dye has been leaking ( and still is ) on everything. I called up and nicely asked for a solution. When I didn't get an answer after two weeks I called back and was told Redkin hadn't gotten back to them and that the manager possibly lost my number ( it's in the computer ).I took it into my own hands and called Redkin myself and they gave me a number to give the salon ( which I did ). The manager called me back another week later and left a message in my cell while I was at work. I called her back and she has yet to return my call again. I'm now the proud owner of tye dye pink towels. On a side note if you want an ama I got updo Meg from 1st impressions is the lady to go to.
