  This place was okay Fun for little kids but I think they should try to improve it a little more with better bouncy houses for more fun but I'm pretty sure any little kid is going to have fun once they see those bouncy houses

  Cool kids birthday venue. The party we attended the staff mixed up a gift but to their credit they went above and beyond to make it right. First room was ok, second room with black lights and climbing wall was very good especially for the older kids.

  Been to several parties here. Kids always enjoy it. Great for kids under 12. Better than Gravitopia.

  Kids love it which is really all that matters I guess. Parties flow well and make it easy on the hosts. Every party is the same though and it seems too expensive for 2 hours.

  I've only ever dropped in for the "free jump" or whatever, with my little kids. Can't beat it. If there were 30+ kids in there? Nah, we'd pass. But it's never been packed and you can't go wrong with a clean, bouncy castle room.

  We went to a birthday party here and it was wonderful! So much fun. Loved The slides and so did my 2 year old. The employees were great too, kept everything running smooth.

  Went here for free jump with a few friends.
  Not too expensive and the kids literally wore themselves out.
  Staff was nice and pretty hands off. And we could sit and see the kids playing, versus having to follow them around everywhere.

  This is a great place for younger kids looking to burn off some energy! It's about as clean as a bounce house location can be and the staff does a really great job with birthday parties. I do wish there were a few more (different) inflatable bounce toys so they had a little more variety but my 4 year old doesn't seem to mind!

  I had my daughter's party here when she turned 6. We had a great experience at Pump it up. My daughter enjoyed it, the price was good, and it was such a big help for them to do the photos! We also go to the PNO service they offer and she still enjoys birthday parties there too
