Love this restaurant. Love the food. Love the staff and overall consistency is good. That’s my big thing for a restaurant can they deliver the same great food every time. I have been to Firebirds probably more then 50 times and maybe 2 visits weren’t spectacular but still good. We go here probably once a week and get to go orders a lot!!! Thank you for the amazing food and service!

I had dinner here before,it's not cheap, but it has a great quality. Service is out of the rank,excellent. But repeat be advice,not cheap,cheapest plate for a kid can be 14 bucks. Lobster and a fillet mignon 50 something.. still I recommend this 5 stars restaurant to anyone visiting Virginia. 5 star for me, I'm half a cheap,half expend everything you have guy in a dinner. Enjoy,won't regret it.

one of the best restaurants that i have visited , went there on 4/2/17 and it was a pleasant experience, the atmosphere was very impressive, the bar area was very nice and the staff were very friendly, at this location you can see where they cook and prepare the meals at which was very impressive, the menu options were pretty good and the appetizer that i had was very tasty which was chips with a cheese sauce with lobster and spinach was was delicious, they even had their logo on the plates and the burger that i had was delicious as well as the steak fries, but be careful on which entree you order because the surf and turf that they sell here is at least $50.00, overall it is a great place to have a tasty meal near the mall, i would absolutely recommend it to another person

It was awesome that they offer olive oil as an option to the canola that they usually use. They seated us in the back because of what we were wearing or because we have a small child. We ordered the smoked hot wings and shrimp appetizer-both were delicious! However, our entrées were lacking in quality. I had the salmon which was over salted and it came with a baked potatoes which was crusted with salt on the outside layer of skinover all way too much salt especially when I put them in the to-go container side by side. My hubby had the steak with double vegetables. It was obvious that it was a low quality steakcooked to perfection but the meat itself was cheap. Our server was pretty good, made a couple mistakes here and there but no biggie.

Lackluster. My salmon was overcooked to the point that I had to drink a sip of water with each bite. To their credit, I did ask for it to be cooked through but that doesn't typically mean to cook the fish until it becomes sawdust. The fried spinach is quite aninterestingconcept. I would not recommend settling for this as the accompaniment with the Sesame Encrusted Salmon. They were little wisps of green, translucent air that lacked taste and the ability to satisfy hunger. A few positives - appetizer was good, cocktail list was impressive, drinks that we ordered were great, and our waitress was excellent.

We are regulars at this restaurant often stopping by at the last minute. Their service is great however the kitchen staff is inconsistent. Sometimes food is warm and delicious and other times it comes out cold. Due to the great service I will give them a 4 but rating on just the quality of the food I am afraid is a 3.5. But great atmosphere and great bar to hang out at!

Horrible!! Not my first visit, but will be my last. Shrimp were over cooked. I had the same glass of watered down tea for two hours. The waiter came and removes our lobster dip and threw it away after we asked him to leave it on the table. We had to request ketchup three times. By the time it got to the table my son had eaten most of his fries. A salad with so much dressing that the lettuce wilted. Worst $80 meal ever!!!! This place has gone from top notch to bottom of the barrel.

Most people talk about how great the food is at Firebirds and that is unquestionably true. But unlike many fine restaurants, the staff at Firebirds is probably the best around.
They work so well to serve the client whether it's their client or another server's.The dinning experience at Firebirds is a pleasant event that all should enjoy often.response / report this review -

As with all thier locations, fantastic food, great service and clean upscale atmosphere. It always smells delicious in these restaurants. The wood fired grill smell is just perfect. Full service bar and outdoor seating.

Been here many times always had excellent food. Always order the prime rib. My husband took me out tonight for mother's day and they just couldn't get it right. Under cooked for a medium rare sent back and came out the same way. Extremely disappointed! !

The food here was wonderful, some of the better food I've had in Virginia. Perhaps a tad pricey, but if you know it going in it's not so bad. The service was great and friendly from Kaitlin. One of the best dining experiences I've had in a while.
