Extremely disappointed. We had my mothers wedding reception/dinner here; a small group. The "back" section was reserved for us at 3pm but the group before had "stayed over their time", so we were shoved into the bar area to stand and wait until the room was available, about 20 minutes. We had spent months choosing the right place where we would feel welcomed (not to forget the extra money spent for our private "closet" space). We won't be returning.

***UPDATE*** We found that the room "reserved" for us was NOT the correct room. The room my mother had paid money for was given to another party!!! The MANAGER of this establishment confirmed this as well. Offered to give coupons and not even a refund. Pathetic.

Went for a reserved family gathering. Seated in a private room with a large screen TV playing loud football. After waiting to get that shut down, were served by a loud, crass waitress, that was startling for a "French" restaurant. Felt like we were in a low end sports bar.

Good wine and appetizers were followed by abysmal entrees of grey, unappetizing, tasteless beef, and microwaved, reheated baked "fingerling" potatoes that tasted like day old leftovers. They failed to serve a salad to one member of our party. Have had better steaks at Sizzler! Don't know how they stay in business. Avoid.

I base my stars on the food, service and the overall experience (atmosphere). All 3 was excellent. The food was cooked well and fresh, the beverage was fresh, the outdoor eating is nice if you love to people watch and get "kissed" by the sun like i do. I would definitely recommend and will be be returning. ;)

I always have a great meal here and the service is always superb. Check the Daily Special board when you are there. Starting with the baguette is a great way to begin the meal. I always enjoy the Onion Soup Au Gratin, Steak Classique or Béarnaise, and I always ask for more frites.

We sat outside, so the traffic was a bit of a distraction. The food was good. The service was also good. I'm not sure if I would go back though. I guess I needed to spend a bit more 💰. 😜

I've eaten lunch and dinner here numerous times over the last 5+ years. Overall, the food and service is solid. Definitely recommend them.

Food delicious! Had the quiche, friend had egg with salmon hash. Coffee was really good also. Service only a 3, had to hunt down server for more coffee. But that is fine, would go back for the food.

We had a girls night to celebrate a friend's recent promotion and decided on Mon Ami Gabi. It has been one of my favorite places in the Reston Town Center- they validate parking, they're consistently friendly, and the food is always great. My experiences there are consistently worth every penny.

Last night took the cake. MK, our server, was exceptionally friendly. Hands down one of the best servers I have ever had. He was beyond friendly. He engaged our table with history of the food, always had a smile and went above and beyond the level of service we expected.

A modern take on the classic French bistro, Mon Ami Gabi offers excellent food that is well presented, a great atmosphere, and superb service. Special attractions are the many variations on Steak Frites and the extensive wine list. It also has one of the nicest bars in Reston Town Center. Highly recommended.

Had looked forward to take the family to this pajama brunch for months, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The service was slow and disorganized and two of the foods we ordered were really BAD. First, we started with glasses that had a stench fishy smell. They changed the glasses for us, but the new ones had the same smell. A whole cold hard bread was on the table that we had to break with our hands, which made a mess all over the table, in order to eat with the tiniest container of butter that was on the table for all, with forks of course, and no knives. And on and on.
In addition, the crew seemed exhausted and overworked. The limited but grandeur pricey menu did not closely represent the cheaply put together dishes either.
