Disappointed with this school. Old, outdated, filthy are the words to just begin describing the campus. The part that disappoints me the most is their lack of art classes and programs. They have no foundation for good computer art programs or design past your fine art, painting, and maybe a very basic computer drawing class. CVCC has more options for the modern arts of today's world.

I dont recommend it to anyone with transportation issues. My son was on the access van and was late a few times to no fault of his own. One of the teachers failed him for it. He went through Job Corps afterwards and no longer has those issues. Its sad when you have to move off to have a better life.

I took the motorcycle class a few years ago. Loved it. Recommend it to anyone!

Went to fire/hazmat school here. The best burn building I have seen, and the flashover simulator was amazing!

I received my Associates degree here and it transferred directly to UNCC where I went on to obtain a Bachelors. I paid off my student loans already where as my friends may NEVER pay off theirs! I took the motorcycle course they offer here which is a cool thing to offer!

It's good for trades but their commitment to actually helping students is terrible. Do your own research on what you are going into and plan accordingly don't go to them for help.
