  Professional and courteous are two adjectives to describe my recent experience at Fieldhouse Ford. I purchased a new 2017 Ford Escape and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Jay Fieldhouse who helped me navigate through the car buying process. Jay and his knowledgeable staff made sure my needs were met and that I was always well informed before making any decisions. I live in the Chicagoland area and my car buying experience cannot be matched by any other dealership I visited. I thank the whole Fieldhouse Ford staff and strongly recommend them for anyone else looking for a new or used vehicle.

  I just had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful car from Jay Fieldhouse at Fieldhouse Ford. I visited several different dealerships in the region and Fieldhouse Ford was by far, the best dealership in every category. Their inventory, facilities, and employees are top notch. I would recommend going in and asking for Jay to be your salesman, it's awesome to be buying a car from someone with the same name that's on the front of the building. The dealership is owned and operated by the Fieldhouse family, and it's a very comfortable atmosphere when you are going through the car buying experience. Worth the trip if you're from out of town, and no reason to leave town for your next vehicle if you're local.

  The service department is the best I have ever used. Marv or Bob will take care of you. Sales staff is all new. All the sales men I bought from have retired. Great cars and trucks. If you don't see what you want they will find it for you. Just ask.
