Phenomenal gas service from from Andrew at Fenwick. I needed natural gas lines run and dealt with a different company first; what they failed to do in 6 visits across 2 months, Andrew did in less than 24 hours from my first call. He came out to estimate almost immediately after I called in mid-afternoon Tuesday. Wednesday morning he arrived right when he said he would and I was good to go by lunch. Professional, diligent, and competent all the way, wish I would have called Fenwick first!

These people DESTROYED my home. NEVER USE THEM. 7 return visits to "fix" issues and I was left with a vanity not secured to the wall, busted tile backsplash. Did not tie in faucets and shower heads. They just jiggle around. Destroyed tile in shower. Dragged a running power saw across my bathroom floor, so linoleum needs replacing. In other words, I paid thousands of dollars to need thousands more work done. I called every owner and manager and their best repair work is not fit for a tenement. Two and a half months of letting them TRY to fix it, and I gave up because I couldn't miss work, anymore. Or take the run around. This business is the WORST.

My air conditioning went out on a Sunday night in June, and after battling with my warranty company who refused to get me fixed in a timely manor (and I have animals), I called Fenwick! Jesse was able to get to my house the same day, and we were able to schedule an installation the next day, which was Thursday. I went from battling with my warranty company for 4 days, to calling Fenwick, and getting seen and fixed all within about 18 hours. Everyone who came by was super respectful, and nice, and my nice system has a price match guarantee and warranty for 5 years. Highly recommend.

The technician repaired the issue quickly and efficiently. Would have liked for him to be able to come out sooner but scheduling is not his fault. Pleased with the repair, nice to be able to use the sink again.
