We LOVE the dog wash. It is 100% worth it, especially if you have a fuzzy bear like ourselves. They have shampoo, conditioner, grooming equipment & more. $10.00 well spent.

I want to say a big thank you to Stephanie with KY Humane Society, who helped us adopt our dog, Riley. Stephanie was very courteous, professional, and made the adoption process fun! We were treated to a valuable coupon book after the adoption, which helped us purchase the necessities from Feeder's before we left. I cannot be more pleased with the experience, and am thrilled to have Riley as part of the family!

I use to try to come here every week to pick up crickets for my leopard gecko because it is on my route home. Unfortunately every week they were out for a month straight so each time it was a waste of time and ended up having to find the next closest place. Also no one is ever in the back by the fish to assist anyone so expect to hunt someone down. Every visit is just a waste of time. Manager clearly has issues stocking the store for demand. Pet depot is much better and is now my go to store on north Hubbard's.

I paid for dog training classes. The trainer, Chi Chi, was very unprofessional and rude, and kept cancelling the class. She said she would issue me a partial refund. She did not. I spoke with her supervisor, Linda, who was nasty about it and hung up on me. Needless to say, I will not go there again.

I'm less than impressed with the customer service and quality of products. I've returned several items that are extremely over priced and have never worked for my dog or cat. Do not ever, ever, ever purchase Sentry cat products. When shopping somewhere for products that I may have questions about, there is a very poor product knowledge all around by staff at this location. It would be nice to have a shop that operated more toward customer care instead of insane marginal profit and low quality of product and employees.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. They are very flexible when it comes to finding solutions to issues you are facing. Also you can get your dog park pass here in no time at all as long as you have the prerequisite dog license and rabies tag.
