The staff is amazing! They listen to all of my concerns, no matter how small. They are quick to return emails and calls. They are very sensitive to how I feel and to my injuries. They follow up on my appointments and check in with me regularly to make sure I am doing well. They also followed my daughter's progress and injuries. They made sure she was taken care of as well. In a time where so many things are uncertain after an accident, they have helped both my husband and I to feel at ease that they are going to help us to get through this time. ‘Just a phone call away’, and in the case of Isaacs and Isaacs, and Tiffany, that has always been the case.
Tiffany called me frequently during the process with updates, checking on my health after my car wreck, as well as keeping up with doctors and
surgeries. If I had a question or concern, she was always a phone call away.
I highly recommend Tiffany Smith, as she has been a pleasure to work with. She definitely takes a personal and sincere interest in her clients, which was very comforting during this process .

As my case reaches an end, I will miss our regular interactions. Tiffany is a real asset to Issac and Issac, as she would be in any law firm. I cannot say enough.

I was injured in an accident August 2015, and the insurance company was trying to play games with me, so I called Isaacs and Isaacs; from the very beginning my attorney Walter Hawkins was both kind and thorough. He was, also, very patient with my many calls and questions, and made sure I understood EXACTLY where we were in the process whenever we spoke, and was quick to return my calls!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office for anyone in their service areas!! Thanks again Walter!

As mellow-dramatic as it might be, I was in my darkest time. I got T-boned on my motorcycle and it broke my leg (compound fracture) and my ankle. Out of work for 5 months with zero income in my part. My wife was bringing in maybe 200 a week.
Immediately after getting out if the hospital I contacted Isaacs & Isaacs. Within a couple of hours someone from Isaacs & Isaacs was in my home assessing my situation.
They worked fast on my case. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative. But a BIG deal to me is EVERYONE that I dealt with was a real person! They told me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. They were honest and although I was ignorant of how the proceedings went they did not treat me as such. Everything was explained and patiently re-explained if needed.
Yes, it took 2 1/2 years, but the system itself is slow and the insurers do not want to pay so they drag it out more hoping you will give up. Rick, Phillip, and Shelley did not and would not let me quit! Thank you guys!!!!
I can't imagine a better group to work with. I will (and have already) recommend Isaacs & Isaacs to anyone!!!

Right from the start of contacting the office of Isaaca & Isaaca, I was made to feel like I a person. The company was very helpful and was able in getting myself set up with Mr. Jason Pride and informing me of what I needed to know and getting started with the paper work. You always hear that trying to sign up for Social Security Disability was going to be hard and long process and that just trying that I would more than likely be turned down and have to start over with the system. The women in the office was very helpful and the young man, Mr. Jason Pride, was able to make sure that I understand everything that was going on and the next thing I knew my case was done and has been going on since with no problems. Mr. Pride from time to time sent information or email me to see how things were going. I have informed other people I know that if they had a problem with trying to understand or to be able to get Social Security, that they should contact Mr. Pride, he is good at his job!

I was really pleased with my attorney Walter Hawkins, as with any accident no key wants to endure. However, he made the process smooth and less painful. There was a time where the insurance company was trying to jerk me around and Walter stepped to plate and handled it. I am very appreciative of his knowledge and his work ethic in this matter.
