Nick was fast and efficient about getting my bankruptcy filed. It only took about 8 weeks start to finish. I love them and they are helpful and friendly. The office is very inviting as well!!

Nick C. Thompson changed our life. We were bordering on despair, wondering how we were going to find our way out of a situation that was no fault of our own. Making the decision to file was one of the most difficult things my husband and I ever had to do. When I was looking for an attorney, the stellar reviews of Nick Thompson and his staff made it evident that he was who we needed to represent us.
From the very first meeting, Nick and his secretary (Toni, who is incredible in every way) made the process so easy and painless for us. Knowing we had them to make our case for us was such a relief. Despite all of the anxiety I was experiencing, our filing was simple, quick and efficient. The 341 meeting went so smoothly, as Nick assured us it would.
Nick and Toni helped us get a fresh start. A couple of months past our discharge, we are well on the road to recovery, are actually moving out of state for better jobs and got a new car.
I would give Nick the highest recommendation to anyone considering filing Chapter 7 or 13. He was there to answer questions at every step along the way and guided us through this complicated process.

When I started this whole process I wanted a lawyer who I knew would leave no stone unturned. The whole process was quick and painless. He and his staff move quickly with communication time and answering questions accurately. Working with Nick was a huge stress relief considering I had garnishments and levies in place. All of that has stopped now and I get a fresh start. Nick was up front and honest about what would be discharged and what wouldn't so there was no ambiguity. During my court appearance we were at the stand for maybe 60 seconds. Which was a surprise considering I had many issues in my case that should have raised questions from the trustee, I had moved, and was part of 2 different businesses and also was unemployed for a while and had multiple sources of income. Yet the trustee didn't bat an eye. I saw other lawyers who charged just as much as Nick and literally forgot parts of thier clients case. Nick is one of those lawyers you can hand over your case to and sleep a little better at night knowing he has done his due diligence. He knows exactly what he is doing. High quality experience.

It is simple, to praise an attorney that takes you through very difficult times. Especially , when the outcome of their efforts yield the very best possible outcome the law allows. But it quite another thing for a cynic to publicly thank a new friend ,for listening and understanding with empathy and wisdom . I hope that anyone reading this post will talk with Nick. You will at least have an honest understanding of where you stand and what to expect start to finish. I have little patience for money motivated attorneys . I have spent a half century and a small fortune both personally and professionally weeding them out. Nick is the best! Good Luck with your troubles .

Nick was fantastic. We were extremely nervous about filing our bankruptcy but it was actually extremely simply. He was very understanding and made sure before leaving the office any time we met that we understood the ins and outs of what was going on. Thank you so much for everything Nick!!
