i left my dog in the car on a 75 degree day with the windows down for 5 min. As the result of a wannabe animal rights activist calling the police i was charged with animal cruelty. My beloved Bella was taken from and put in a dog pound in bad conditions. Ira Schechter not only got my case dismissed but got it expunged.

Very easy to talk to. Goes the extra mile to make sure he gets what's best for his clients.
In my case, i was supposed to pay a high fee for speeding over the limit in a school zone with potential of having my license suspended temporarily. I couldn't afford the costs being the only one working in my household. Ira was able to get me traffic school and court costs be the only penalties.
