  Total scam!! I signed up and paid for premium the same day, filled out my full profile and was not getting any Marcus air activity. I emailed them and received this:
  
  ***We have reviewed your information and see that a decision was made to restrict this account and have determined that the action was appropriate. Common reasons for restriction include but are not limited to:
  Member’s personal information does not coincide with information listed in public record
  Member’s behavior violated eharmony’s Terms and Conditions of Service
  As a practice, we do not elaborate on the specific reasons as to why an account was restricted. ***
  
  I changed my last name last year that is the only thing I can think of, but they offer NO resolution or any additional steps or reasons
  
  They STOLE my money and I couldn’t even get an actual account
  
  Scam!!!

  Don't waste your time, no actual contact number. Your dead locked into a subscription and can't stop payments even if you cancel. Save money, find love by going out into the world Eharmony is trash.

  What a huge waste of money!! They refuse to stop my debit order even though the "service" is an utter disgrace. Apparently "they can't!!!!!
  False advertising at its very best. Honestly the so called matches are hopeless. Clearly scraping the bottom of the swamp here. Do not join e-harmony spend your hard earned $$ss somewhere else!!!!

  E-Harmony is a total scam! They lured me into signing up and as soon as I started seeing some of the profiles, it looks like the matches were terrible and not representing ANYTHING close to the long and frankly, useless "questionnaire" they asked to fill out before you pay them to join. I immediately ask to cancel my 6 months subscription, which is possible to cancel within 3 days from the purchase. So I email subscription as stated in their policy on the website and NO REPLY. Now the 3 days has past and am guessing they will say is too late, assuming anyone would ever answer. They should be taken to court! Totally scammers! Never seen anything like this. I briefly used sating sites before and if you want to cancel, you can and get the money back. Also, as someone else said here, there is NO phone number whatsoever that works! Impossible to reach a customer service representative. Rest assured I will block my credit card so they won't be able to juice my money any further. I've already cancel the subscription for the following 6 months but I wanted to cancel all together since day 1 and their policy clearly states it is possible to do so by contacting customer service via email and yet, no one cares to answer, so that's their trick. I wish someone would finally take them down. 100% dishonesty!

  This business is a joke. The matching tests put people in vague boxes that mean nothing. Most of the matches are fake and the profiles aren't filled out, many don't have pictures. I would never hire a woman after being on that website. My profile was better than my peers, I have a unique story, and I am a devout Christian looking for a real relationship.
  They violated my 1st amendment rights and wouldn't allow me to speak freely about my religion or even to post Bible verses in my profile. They wouldn't allow me to talk about being in the prohibition party either.
