Hair dresser was impersonal and didn't at all listen to my request.1/2 inch does not equal 2 inches. The creepy Asian guy that lurkes around is just weird.

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR TRUST. On Dec. 15th, I walked in with shoulder length hair that had a subtle layer. I asked the "stylist" to trim my hair no shorter than the top of my collar, which maybe would've been an inch or so, and to touch up the layer. I specifically told her about how I like the tattoo on the back of my neck to stay covered with my hair for my JOB. She turned my chair away from the mirror, and eventually I felt thinning shears next to my ear, so I stopped her and asked her to let me see the back of my head. My hair was GONE. The longest piece was at the nape of my neck, and I had hacked in, uneven layers up the back of my head. It literally looked like a child cut my hair. She said she wasn't done and started "evening" the layers with the shears again after I had expressed my complete unhappiness at them being used, so I asked her to stop and got out of the chair. She acted like she had done what I asked, and threatened to call the police when I refused to pay. I paid 18.95. I took pictures of the back of my head the best I could in my car and texted it to my husband. I drove straight to GREAT CLIPS and a wonderful stylist salvaged what she could, after taking more pictures for me. I contacted the owner the next day, and sent him pictures. He said he would review the situation and get back to me. When he did, he pretty much called me a liar and insinuated that my hair butchering happened at Great Clips, and even went as far to claim that their security camera could see the back of my head while I was there and that it did not look the way it did in the photo I sent him. Total BS. I have irrefutable proof correlating the time on my Fantastic Sams receipt with the photo taken from my vehicle after I left. He offered me a refund "to make this go away" if I would sign a document stating I was satisfied with my "experience". I refused. I'd rather protect the public than get my 18.95 back. I have emailed corporate twice in 2 weeks and they have not responded. I guess they don't care about the way their franchises treat clients. This was not just a bad haircut and a woman getting upset over it, it was a butchering that will take 2 years to grow out.

Good service but if you have long hair they charge you extra. The sign about a deal in the window said nothing about exclusions and should have said for short hair only

The "stylist" cut twice as much of my hair off as I instructed. A full 6 inches off when I asked for 3. It is completely uneven and looks like I did it at home with a pair of craft scissors. The "stylist" was not friendly and seemed to ignore all of my requests and just chopped hair off at random. I will not be returning.

I showed the stylist 2 pictures of what I wanted. What I walked out with was a $20 scalping. My haircut does not resemble either of the pictures. I am extremely embarrassed to go out in public. Thank God I wear a baseball hat at work.
