I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They make buying a vehicle a fun experience. Randy Woods is an excellent salesman. He made sure I got the exact vehicle I was looking for. I love my new escape.

My buying experience here was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Randy is an excellent salesman. He listens to what you would like and doesn't pressure you into what he wants to sell. Overall an incredible place to purchase a vehicle.

Fairlane Ford is always friendly, affordable, and pleasant to do business with! The shuttle they offer allows me to drop my car off and still go to work on time, rather than taking time after work hours! I will continue to take my business to Fairlane Ford!

We just bought our second car from from here. We received excellent customer service and reasonable prices. David Shirak is the salesman we have gone to, he goes above and beyond! Very trustworthy, we drive 50 miles to get our vehicles. We will continue to do business with Dave. 5 stars😀

A quick review for Dave ShirakHe recently sold a used vehicle to me. He told me about the condition of the vehicle, maintenance work done to the vehicle, the vehicle history, and what he would do as part of the sale. He did what he said he would do, and I later learned the vehicle actually was 100%. I'm very pleased with both the car and the transaction. Go Dave!

I went back to get another oil change because my first review had been noticed by a manager and they offered a free oil change to give them another chance.
This time things went very smooth and my car did not have any issues like the first time. While the first time I was there left me unhappy, the fact the manger took the issue so seriously shows that even if there is a problem they will make good on it. That should earn them trust.

Oil change took an hour and a half. Once complete, check engine light was on because they forgot to plug in the sensor they unplugged on the air box. How is that acceptable?response / report this review -

Fairlane Ford's staff takes such good care of me! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I just had my Fusion that I purchased from Mike Chinavare in their Collision shop. They did a great job and even buffed out some scratches for no extra charge. I always see Steve Rekuc for my maintenance and repairs.

Staff there is pleasant. Fast service. If you need to get your car repaired or an oil change they have a really nice waiting area with free coffee while you wait

Fairlane Ford has been my "go to" dealership for many years. Ron McLean is my salesperson who has always found me the exact car I wanted, given me a great price and always follows up afterward. It's reassuring to know that if I have any problems I can call him and it will be taken care of. He will not try to sell you anything you don't want and is upfront about all aspects of the process. I highly recommend Fairlane Ford and Ron.
