We stayed here on 9/28/17 and check out 9/29/17. We gotten a kitchen room which they all get but this one was little run down. Once again no ice maker for that matter. There evaluator was a joke took forever to go up and down you did better taking the stairs for how slow that thing was. Don't get me wrong staff were friendly. There breakfast was also a joke hardly nothing to enjoy. Coffee was almost empty no grab to go breakfast snack at all. We were disappointed because we didn't bring food to cover that. Also there price rating for this certain hotel was ridiculous. We can see charging near $100 if everything was new and updated seriously.

For starters when we got here we had to wait a half and hour because our room wasn't ready. Then the next morning when my family and I went to get breakfast all they had were granola bars, coffee, and hot chocolate. It's a really crappy hotel don't bring your kids here.

Dirty and felt unsafe being alone there. Lots of creepy people, people drinking in the parking lot next to a van, everything was dirty, the floors were sticky as was the remote. There wasn't a clock, the toilet wasn't clean, the bathroom was so small that you had to stand on the side of the toilet to close the door. There wasn't anything in the kitchen to utilize the kitchen. You could ask for it and supposedly it would be brought to you but we had to go down and get the utensils ourselves. The fridge wasn't cold enough to use for at least 6 hours. Even the outlets didn't work properly. They were so loose the plug wouldn't stay in enough to charge my phone. They did not have an airport shuttle nor did they have an ice machine. There were 2 ice trays in the freezer but no way was I going to use them.

The rooms were extremely small and the refrigerator was positioned in a way that to open it was on the right instead of the left. No hangs In the room and the bed was full size not even queen. The floors in the lobby was dirty. The elevator needed to be serviced and upgraded. They did have a microwave but no tea or instant coffee or creamer at all in the room. The bed was so close to the drawers that you could not open it and it was so old and smelly in there too. They need to open this up to the homeless to get them off the street. They might love it.

The room smelled of cigarettes to the point where my clothes now smell of cigarettes. Had to buy air fresheners to be able to breathe. Definitely needs improvements. Do not stay unless you want to live in an ash tray.

It's functional. The room could have been cleaner and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I asked about getting some kind of spray for the odor the clerk would not let me take the spray. He wanted to schedule a time to spray the room. I bought my own Frebreeze. There was trash bags left outside of room doors for days and the kitchenette is not stocked with pans plates etc. You have to get them from the front desk. The bathroom was small and there was a small amount of mold. As I said, functional but i wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel to stay for an extended amount of time. They have kitchenettes in every room and if you have a dog or two they are welcome here also. Don't be fooled by the free breakfast because its miniature muffins, most of the time they're gone if you don't go early (6-6:30am), packets of oatmeal, crunchy breakfast bars, coffee and hot chocolate packets and that's the free breakfast. Rooms aren't cleaned very well, I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned by room myself. Lots of parking and the staff is very nice and very helpful. All in all it's a nice hotel.

Very upset with my stay here. Coming in the place smelled of cigarettes and then the room was stinky as well. The toilet didn't flush and the pillows were the cheapest and most uncomfortable pillows I have ever had at any hotel setting. It's pretty sad that a hotel chain such as extended can take advantage of people like this. I couldn't sleep, I even tried to use towels for a better support as a pillow. It ruined my entire energy for the weekend. I feel as if I was up all night at an all night rave party due to no sleep. Please do not stay here, if I would of read the reviews I wouldn't of made the choice to come. I also saw a dog walking around and yet signs say no pets.. Management needs to really step up and fix this, or charge what smelly dirt bag hotels charge.

This is a very nice Extended Stay hotel but it is still extended stay and that allows for some very interesting parking lot interactions. Also floors in hallways rough. Inside nice rooms good space and fridge stove micro and stuff to use them. Muffins and coffee in morning. Thin covers. Great towels. In fact perfect towels. Single shampoo no conditioner tub drained poorly. Business travelers or solo yes. Family or couples no.
