I would like to thank all the staff at fuel powersports! I walked in this morning at 9:00am.I met with Jason and by 9:45 am he was loading my new Polaris rush pro s 800 in the back of my truck! This was by far the best price and customer service I have ever dealt with. Thanks again Jason and this wrap on this new sled is just awesome! Still can’t believe how easy this buying experience was!!
Jason is great, made the trip from Manitowoc about 3 hours round trip to look at a used sled. Unfortunately we took a pass on it but Jason was very understanding and took his time to show us a few other units. I will be likely returning in the future based on customer service and the extra effort made to make a deal. Thanks again and look forward to doing business in the future.
I had a great experience, each of the employees were helpful and friendly. Great price on the unit I purchased. Will definitely return, I am already a repeat customer. Andrew in the finance department gave me a free pen and that was the best part.
I called the day before to set up a test ride on the 2017 Victory Octane. It was getting close to the last few good riding days, however, my sales agent was enthusiastic about showing me the bike. I arrived as planned the next day and we took a couple of test rides and I decided to buy. Overall good buying experience. I decided to trade my old bike, so that can be a B-@tch a some places, but Fuel had me In and out in under 2 hours with a brand new bike. They did well.
Absolutely loved working with Jason, such a fun, upbeat guy that is fast working but gets it done right to satisfy his guest. This was my first time buying a snowmobile and I never thought I would be treated as well as I did when I was at Fuel. Not only did Jason talk to me about the snowmobile but he walked me to the service department to talk to the guys there that did another quick run through of the snowmobile and how to service it. Jason also brought a guy over from the parts department who offered me add on options to ensure I was happy with what I was getting. Unbelievably happy with the outcome and I highly recommend working with Jason if you’re looking for a new snowmobile- he knows his stuff! I will for sure be back in the future and will recommend others to work with Jason at Fuel.
Picked up a 2017 Victory Highball and from beginning to end it was a smooth process. Tim took care of all questions and provided wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend Fuel Powersports to absolutely EVERYONE!!!!!
Me and 2 other buddies were interested in the new fz09s.. They did everything and anything to make sure 2 of us got what we needed in on trade, and also got the loans taken care of. Great well kept place, staff is even better! Prices were the lowest I found in WI!
I completed my MSF course and came here to buy my very first bike. The team here is very helpful and was able to speak to different representatives in different departments (sales, parts, service, finance). Each team member was specialized in their areas and were able to provide accurate information for my questions.
I ended up buying a 2016 Yamaha R3 and purchased the frame sliders. The service team went above and beyond to install them for me before they closed. They understood that I wanted to ride my new bike home and made it happen by going a step further to make my experience here better.
This is a great place to go! I live about 3.5 hours away from them and was able to negotiate with them over the phone/email about a Kawasaki Z1000 I had been looking at. I worked with Richard and he was super helpful over the phone and at the dealership from start to finish, and it was a pleasure speaking with him. The rest of the team was also great, they're very welcoming and make you feel like you really want to be there. I left the place more than happy with a new bike and am definitely coming back in the future when I am on the hunt for another ride!
I had tons of fun while waiting to see if i could for sure get a new bike. Jeremy Brown was fun to hang out with. As well as he didn't force me to get a bike i wasn't 100% comfortable with. Justin in parts helped me out in finding a new helmet. I had a blast with the guys. They were all a big help in making my experience relaxing and fun. I love my new ninja!
i should have listen to previous negative posts. they wasted couple days of my time. i pitched them a price and they never got to me wether accepted or not. like every negative posts, the owner has an excuse. i bet my new bike on it he has one for this post. lol. DO NOT shop here!
Horrible do not buy anything from these people. All I did was wait then they wanted me to sign papers without going over stuff so I waited to speak with someone after 2 hours of waiting I left hour and half later they called wanted to know where I went and to come back. Everything in there used is junk they are unwilling to move in price on new stuff and they don't care about anyone
I bought a '95 Honda Nighthawk from Fuel this past weekend. I know quite a few people who have had issues with Fuel, but I had an amazing experience. The salesman, Brandon, was great especially for me being a young woman looking for a bike. He brought the bike out, let me sit and feel out the bike, and answered any questions I had regarding the history of the bike as well as general pricing. He worked with my budget and was able to give me a price in my price range. I truly appreciated Fuel. They were informative, but never pushy to buy. I talked with staff in the helmet department as well as apparel, and was never pressured to buy anything. The financing guy was quick but thorough, and able to answer all of my questions. Overall a great experience, and I would suggest Brandon and Fuel to anyone!
I went to Fuel Powersports to have my trade valued for trade against a Harley. While I was there I came across a 2014 Leftover Victory. I made it very clear that I was interested in the Victory. I asked the Salesmen for the price on the Victory and he responded that he was unsure. I appreciated this and asked him if he could get the price. He disappeared for a few moments and came back and replied that it was $7,500. This made my decision pretty certain that I was going to buy the Victory. I looked at the bike a while longer while my trade was being evaluated. When the trade was done being valued he returned and proceeded to give me a trade number. By all accounts the trade price was fair. I then asked what that makes the difference between it and the Victory. He responded that he assumed that I was not a Vet so it was 8,500 less my trade. This is where I lost my cool. The salesmen straight up lied to me. When I asked for a price on the bike he lied. He did not make a mistake, he intentionally lied. I will never do business with a dealer that intentionally lied to me, nor should you. The reason I did not buy had nothing to do with the extra $1000. I would have bought it at that, if they had not lied to me. This dealer is dishonest and seems to be looking to hook you with low prices until it comes time to sign a contract… and SURPRISE!!! Classic Bait and Switch dealer.
Our sales representative was very friendly and listened to our needs and use of the UTV we wanted to purchase and sold what fit us best and didn't try to up sell to more than our needs. My husband, son & I all visited separately due to schedules and we were all treated with respect and helpful to re-explain to each of us the features, differences, etc.
The purchase experience was nice and each associate from sales, accessories, maintenance & finance all were so helpful and friendly and made us feel happy & proud of our purchase.
The variety of brands & products, huge building and location are all awesome. Could use a little more land to do a better test drive of the off road units.
Definitely recommend them for your sport vehicle needs!
