First customer through the door when I visited this location at 1130. The restaurant still was not quite put together guess the night shift didnt do there job. I used the patio for my dining experience and three of the tables were dirty the young lady promptly came out to clean though.
Now about this food usually I love it presentation was great pasta not so much my sauce was watered down and flavorless hurt me to the heart.

Rip off pasta to dry and so little for 15 dollar nothing but 4 shrimp in the pasta not a good deal for no favor

This place use to be rock solid with food and service. Over the last 6 months or so it appears the service has become a problem. Perhaps new ownership or management, not really sure. On our most recent visit, we were charged 18% gratuity on a meal for 2 toddlers and 3 adults! Nowhere on their menu or within the store was this policy posted. I'm all about tipping appropriately but when someone who doesn't earn their tip and simply demands it, I become concerned. If this was a sit down restaurant I could possibly understand, however from my experiences, most mandatory gratuity starts at 6 adults rather than 3 adults and 2 toddlers. Though they make think they are a sit down restaurant, they are not, it's counter service as are all figo locations.

We usually enjoy visits here. Food's decent and the service is usually quick. Our last visit, however, the service was very, very slow. It may have been because we were a little early, but still would have expected it to be a wee bit faster. Not troubling enough to prevent us from returning.

Was in the mood for some Italian. So I went to my handy dandy Google app. Looked up their menu and went for a ravioli that I couldn't pronounce. They had me at butternut squash! Nice little location. Would have liked to eat in but was on the go. WOW!! It was absolutely delicious! Def gonna be going back and trying more from their menu.
