Poor management. Allow bullying of employees after repeated issues no conflict management.
I personally worked in shipping and was given a hard time and eventually fired for asking dispatch to call a driver that pulled away early. Was told I didn’t care.
On production a pregnant employee was being bullied and asked the supervisor to deal with the employee. It didn’t happen employee put her hands on a pregnant woman resulting in a fight on the floor.
Recieving was made fun of by the warehouse supervisor daily in front of employees belittled. They would complain the employee sucked and didn’t know how to do anything but not give them any direction for months while the rest of the staff suffered.
If you want to feel safe and appreciated look elsewhere. If you want to be valued and not just a number run far away.

Like the company give veterans a discount. The delivery people are very nice! They deliver when they say they deliver! I’ve never had a bad experience with this company.

They gave me the interview and everything was good but they never call and they never explain why I didn't get it. That's why I gave it a one star rating
