my car was parked at city north apartments and after correctly registering my car, it was still towed. awaiting a dispute (only via email and i have not heard a response). seems sketchy and scammy. apparently not the first time someone was wrongfully towed at those apartments. zero stars.

100% Scam artist of a towing company; registration and inspection were up to date yet I was towed out of my own apartment complex b/c it wasn’t renewed with the apt complex database. I couldn’t even just get a warning sticker to re-register it yet I’m charged almost $200 for a illegal/bogus tow. The economy is still trying to recover from past few years and our hard earned money is stolen from us. Apartment complex did nothing to resolve the matter and very disappointed. Watch out for the scam towing company of Phoenix Towing who are taking cars illegally.

Some i emphasize some of the employees go out of the way and are courteous. Most rude and insensitive. There is no covering, you have to stand outside in all the elements and they are slow. Keep in mind if you are in line and time is of the essence you may have to pay more fees. Horrible. Michael Irvin was in line with me once and it was FREEZING and they did not care. Try to take care of your business there asap

Got towed at 3am, got there at 1030am, waited in line till nearly noon. Was told on the phone it would be 156.53$ if paying cash or 167.53$ for card. They said at the window it was 167.53$, even though I was paying cash and of course they refuse to give anyone change. The whole place is grimey and everyone working there are liars as well as thieves. They charged me 22$ for 'overnight' storage, it was not there even 8 hours!

This place is a straight up scam. Registered sticker on the window of my car from my complex. The lady on the phone said "20min breaks because the employee at the window works 12hr shifts" (And?), but the lady on the intercom after knocking on the window said "25min" so which is it if you've already been here for 20min and no one is still at the window? Lazy, incompetent, careless and nothing better to do than tow peoples cars the day after Christmas. All while my 4yo son has to sit in the backseat on a school night. Absolutely ridiculous.
