Gross !
Room smelled awful, I got this dirty vibe, toilet overflowed all over bathroom.
They have a small exercise room, but you feel like a rat in a cage and on display, since it has a big open glass window and your right in front of the elevators.
Maybe they did it that way, as to entertain people waiting on the elevator !!!!
Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. Seemed to be relatively updated. Only issue was some minor disrepair issues. Leaky toilet and a couple smoke detectors hanging from the ceiling.
Friendly service, great rooms.
As an IT specialist, the internet here is not what I call great, more close to sub par. No advertisement of internet speeds. Once there, speed tests, non paid high speed, is roughly 0.5Mbs. The paid is advertised at 2.5x, times, faster, making that 1.25Mbs faster. Don't bother plans for streaming movies or videos. I doubt the advertised use of highspeed is comfortably capable of skype video chatting, especially if upload is just as fast or a fraction of the speed.
Some mobile devices, Galaxy S5, couldn't load the "login" portal due to a redirection certification issue. The front desk workers had no info of how to fix this. I found the url/IP path, with my Galaxy S7, to bring up the login page.
Lastly, though there is a login for the wifi, that is not the password used between your device to the wifi itself. Not secure. Any techy could sniff the wifi signals to obtain other nearby user's browsing information, such as credit card or bank detail for starters.
It just sucked that the pool less closed. But its good that were cleaning it because it was overdue for a good scrubbing
Great stay, great staff.
It's not luxurious but great for road vets. Full kitchen, no need to eat out every meal. Like home on the road. Better value via Priceline unless you want to collect points.
Desk clerk was no where to be found, so I had to call out every time I needed help starting with check in. Building and room are nice enough and the green space for pets is very nice as Extended Stay is a pet friendly chain, but housekeeping obviously doesn't like to clean the outside of the tube/shower (it was filthy and I don't even want to think about what the splatters on the tub surround and floor were!); and who wants to finish their shower only to find stained towels on the towel rack? There is also a LOT of construction in the area, so getting to this location is difficult and annoying.
We arrived late at night but the front door was locked and no one would answer the phone. Eventually another guest let us in but we still had to go find the clerk to check in. The breakfast was instant oatmeal and the rooms lack coffee maker even though it has a kitchen. It's probably a good hotel for longer stays but if you're doing a one night it's best to look elsewhere.
Not too bad. Pretty clean rooms. Nice staff. Nothing bad to say at al.
Had a friend staying there and it was nice enough rooms
There was abundance of outlets for me to plug things into therefore I'm in love. the end.
Always clean and staff is very friendly
Decent place. Great amenities for an extended stay. Reasonable rates.
