Not a high star type of hotel, but resembled a quaint studio apartment. Was clean, didn't smell, and they staff were very friendly and helpful. Was an excellent choice for the price.

Its one of the affordable hotels in the city. We get what we pay for.
For the price, no wonder there is no continental breakfast( just muffins, coffee(no milk) and oatmeal), no room service daily, need to make request for new towels and bathroom utilities. The room is of standard size and there is kitchen for family usage and Utensils are offered for free on request which is great.
Wi-fi is pretty slow and could be a lot better. Small lobby area and there in common laundry room with coins pay.
Its not beautiful but pretty good for a short stay. Area is good and near by malls and food outlets.
Overall a 3-star for the price.

Our family has had a wonderful experience at this hotel. ALL of the employees enjoy going above and beyond normal expectations. Everyone is more than kind and welcoming.

This location is very clean and in convenient walking distance to several restaurants, Meijer grocery/department store, and various shopping strips.

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The rooms are large, well kept, and come with full kitchens & large closetsdefinitely a home away from home.

We are here for my husbands work. Been here two weeks. I love the room it is quite big. Love having a kitchen when I am on the road. The staff is wonderful at the front desk! Pam, Josh, Ken are very friendly! I brought my service dog with me (rottweiler) and they were very accommodating when I asked for a room by a door. It's clean and comfy!
If we have to come back to the area I will definitely stay here!!

We stay here frequently and usually have a great stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are always friendly. The only issue we occasionally have is lack of parking, especially as we tend to arrive quite late.

Nice, clean rooms. The breakfast is granola bars or muffins and coffee or hot chocolate, that's the only real con. MOST of the staff is friendly, helpful, and competent. Pam is super nice. She cleans up mud that's fallen off if people's boots with a smile. " It's fine, we got a lot of working men here. I don't care a bit."

The location is in a great place to see both the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The room I got can sleep 6, which is good because I have a large family. The staff is friendly. There are some downsides, like very little parking. I was also disappointed because the room didn't look like the pictures online. There was a kitchen, but you have to ask for dishes.

The closer I look the lower I want to score this. There's pictures posted here that clearly are not of this establishment. It's memorial weekend and the outdoor pool is empty. The staff are nice, but calling it newly renovated is a stretch. The bathrooms have had resurfacing painted on them but if you stand back and look close even that looks scummy in parts. It did smell like cigarette smoke to me a little even though the whole thing is smoke free now. The lobby is quite small so don't expect to lounge around if you wanted to get out of your room. The advertised hot breakfast is grab and go only. The kitchen sink spout isn't bolted to the sink. The full size fridge is nice but it feels like an 80's kitchen. The air conditioner on high and 65 wasn't getting much air in the room. Considering there's other hotels on the street I would probably look there instead of here again.

I would rate it a 5 but when we inquired about the amenities Corporate assured us there would be a hot breakfast ( eggs / waffles / fresh fruit) - turned out it was a grab and go style. Other than that it was a good place to stay. Clean room and comfortable room. The shift manager (Pam) is a wonderful representative for your hotel as she was courteous and professional - Pam made right on the wrong from corporate. I would recommend.

You get what you pay for. not the best hotel we stayed at, but not the worst either. Clean and very friendly staff!

We came to see the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter with our three small kids. Wouldn't recommend this particular hotel for families with young children. A lot of crew workers stay here who have to get up early and since the walls are thin, all noise passes through them. 👎🏻 We stayed in room 324 which had an awful smoke smell to it and even though they advertise as non-smoking we still found a cigarette wrapper in the room and of course, the obvious smoke smell.

The location was great though! Lots of restaurants, stores, and other hotels. Lots and lots of other hotels.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the location. It was in the middle of everything. Shops, restaurants and a big grocery/all in one store. We would come again and bring friends. Thanks for making our stay a nice one.
